Loved staying here! Indoor pool was warm and perfect temp with it snowing outside. Everything was so clean, which definitely helped me enjoy time. Breakfast was alright. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

We desperately needed a hotel over the 4th of July holiday. We had a reservation at the Best Western in Goshen and decided not to stay due to the antiquated look & safety issues which were looming. It was clean — agree with one of the Unilocalers that the pressure of the water for the shower was poor, the bed was not really comfortable as you would want it. The staff were extremely nice. The breakfast area had basics, so we did not go to eat. Very convenient to the Highway and places to eat.

Stayed here with my family to attend a family gathering. Was not impressed. Beds were very uncomfortable, 2 pillows per bed just didnt cut it. Water pressure was not great. We stay in alot of Best Westerns and this one is at the bottom of my list of likes. Will stay somewhere else next time we come up to South Bend.

We needed a room for the night so we stopped here. Off the Interstate. First, we were going to be charged $ 229 for a room and so we went to leave… then we got a substantially lower price.(Notre Dame football weekend). It was ok… clean and the room was large enough… but some things bothered me… like the TV signal kind of went out at times… and then came back and something seemed a bit«tattered» at the edges. I got that kind of feeling.(Maybe it was because there was only one window located in the bedroom and the rest of the room seemed dark?) As to the room itself, it was a long room… you walked into the sitting room with a couch and a big screen TV. The next room was a small kitchen area with a bathroom off to the side. In the kitchen was a refrigerator, microwave, cabinets. The bathroom area? Yes, lots of amenities like an Ironing board, hair dryer, etc. No problem at all with the bedroom(came complete with TV as well), except it looked out on an RV lot. But that’s not really a complaint… I just found it interesting in a sort of unusual way. Later, I found out that Elkhart, Indiana is the«RV Capital of the World». On to the free hot breakfast… the free hot breakfast offered no ketchup… AND there were Jimmy Dean sausage sandwiches. I couldn’t figure out the microwave to cook these and had to ask the lady who was in charge of the breakfast area how the microwave worked.(It was an old microwave). The breakfast area also offered cold stuff as well. There was cold cereal, yogurt, juices(grape and orange I believe), coffee which ran out… also, you could make waffles for yourself. Stuff like that which is a nice touch that hotels everywhere seem to offer in today’s world. There was also an indoor pool at floor level. The folks behind the desk(I assume that they were the owners) were nice and helped out with the issues coming up with breakfast(how to work microwave, where is ketchup located, we need more coffee, etc.) This place is ok but the TV signal situation needs to be fixed and also they need to keep up with the breakfast needs of the guests. Also, the Best Western had plenty of chain restaurants down the road like Cracker Barrel(we went here), as well as others like Steak N Shake.

Checking in we found the desk clerk Priya to be truly awesome. She was more of a concierge than a desk clerk. She advised us of local restaurants, a 24hr Walmart, and gave us towels for the pool so we didn’t need to use the room ones. The pool itself is indoors and heated. The hot breakfast consisted of everything from fruit and yogurt to scrambled eggs and waffles… and let’s not forget the sausage, egg and cheese croissants. Since the lobby is currently undergoing a renovation, breakfast was served in one of the rooms. The only slight negative is the room is a little cramped. The room has all amenities… table and chairs, desk, mini fridge and microwave. Decent sized bathroom with hair dryer and coffee pot. The air conditioning works beautifully. All in all, I would absolutely stay here again and I recommend you give them a try.

Old property. Lots of workman’s trucks in the parking lot and they are the only people I would recommend stay here. There was a young family of 4 walking through the lobby and I felt bad for them. The exersize room was a joke, there were 2 high profile baseball games going on but no where to be found on their cable tv, the elevator didn’t work all the time, squeaky floors. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well so if you’re working on a local construction project, this might be ok.
