I LOVE this place! They have so many varieties. The chocolate drizzle is insanely delicious! Customer service is fantastic and the price is very reasonable! It’s a great little treat, always makes a fun gift or I’ve set out different flavors at parties. Always a hit!!!

I had Vic’s giftcard and wasn’t aware they changed their name. The young man working said that I wouldn’t be able to use it that day but would take my name and phone number and ask the owner if they would honor my giftcard. I never received a phone call back. Poor customer service.

My favorite is the chocolate drizzle, I have never been disappointed!!! This is an occasional treat for my children they are always excited to come here. We even have replaced traditional birthday cupcakes for the kids class with little snack bags filled with the confetti popcorn it’s always a hit and very festive. One day I stopped in and needed a bag of the confetti popcorn and they didn’t have any prepared the staff went to the back and found enough to make a bag for me and really saved the day. I highly recommend stopping by and giving them a try.

Never notice this place until driving to Elk Grove park one Saturday with my family. We decided to go check it out. Well it was a mistake! The service was good I must say but the quality of the popcorn wasn’t plus it’s quit pricey. We got the XL caramel and cheddar cheese mix which looks like a L to me and a S habanero cheese mix (which was nasty!) all came to $ 15!!! The popcorn was steal, the caramel and cheddar was no bad apart from been steal. But the habanero cheese mix was too much butter and a weird taste not spicy at all but very salty!!! It was our first time and the last time for sure!!! We’ll stick with popcornopolis!

omfg, the white caramel popcorn is perfectly salted sweetness with white chocolate and milk chocolate swirled chunks throughout! MMMMmmm. You haven’t had gourmet popcorn if you’ve never had Vics !

The coating on this popcorn is bland, and candy like NOT like caramel corn at all. I think this taste cheap, and not homemade which is what I expected this to taste like.

Having been to Hawaii every year for a long time One of the first things I would buy when I got on the island was
some Vics Popcorn. It was the best I have ever had. So when Vic’s came to Elk Grove a few years ago I was really excited. Sadly it just wasn’t the same and I only went a couple of times. Now a few years later they have changed names. My neighbor brought us a bag of plain popcorn last weekend and it was wonderful. I think its the same as I remember in Hawaii. I will be going back alot more often now…

What a great store. I’ll drive all the way from Tracy to pick up some popcorn, then make it a movie night. Everyone here is friendly. They’ll give you samples if you want to try any. I like the strawberry popcorn and the drizzle popcorns. I absolutely LOVE the original popcorn flavor. It’s freshly popped. It doesn’t have any nauseating butter on it, but tastes better than theater movie popcorn. I don’t mind eating it on the way home, making my car messy. There’s no way that I can wait until I get home to eat it. I think we come here at least every 2 months. Mmmmm…

Got the standard white popcorn Sooo good. Also got the Chicago style which was good. Located At the end of plaza near the dance studio. I find the caramel a little sweet but good in small quantities. Popcorn can be stored for about a week before it goes «soft». Enjoy!

I workout right by this place and have never went inside until my wife saw it one day and wanted to check it out. They have a great variety of flavoured popcorn. I tried the cinnibun and my wife tried the Carmel. Both were really good. However, they are a little overpriced.

How I drove past this place for the last 6 years is beyond me. I love that you can sample any of the popcorn before purchasing.
As I knew my favorite would be the Chicago style. I bought a large bag. Yummy! I also tried and purchased the Sweet Sriracha, Cookies and Crème, Maple Bacon. And I even love their Gourmet White Popcorn (35 calories per cup– that’s my speed right there)
Yummy treats… I will be stocking these in my gift bags for the holiday.
By the way, there is a sign that if you have a gift card, it needs to be utilized by 11÷1÷14. Use it soon.

I’m not a fan of popcorn, but somehow this place turns me into one. My boyfriend brought home a «cinnabun» flavor before, and it was yummy!
Finally got to come in myself after working out at Crunch next door, and I was surprised at how many flavors they had! Today we sampled strawberry banana… I love that flavor combo but it doesn’t work so well with popcorn. I had my eye on a «double drizzle» which looks basically like caramel corn with white chocolate and chocolate drizzle. Yum!
I recommend coming here if you want to grab a movie snack to sneak in to the theaters (you know everybody does it.) or even for a movie night at home!

An ironic motivation to get myself to the gym is this interesting little popcorn store literally about 20 steps away from Crunch Fitness. I finally mustered every ounce of confidence I had, and cannon-​balled into this water (thanks Teddy Geiger. whatever happened to him?)
Just as I expected — tiny but bright and cheerful atmosphere, like a mini state fair, but much cleaner and less sweaty. oh popcorn, you are one of my favorite snacks ~ so light and crunchy. This place offers all of the classic flavors and more! It took me a while to check them all out.
Luckily, the workers were nice and provided me samples while I was shopping for which ones I really wanted. I ended up taking home two small bags of Caramel and Cinnabun popcorn. They’re too good. It’s going to be hard to save some for movie-​night.

What a cute little place! Reminds me of something that would be in Old Sacramento, so glad we are able to experience this closer to home, in Elk Grove.
Instead of getting ice cream, we decided to grab a different treat, Popcorn! The Popcorn Store is located in the newly finished parking lot which Crunch Gym is located. When we arrived, staff informed us we can try any flavor we wanted. We tried sriracha sweet, hot tamale, habanero, cheese, kettle and I can’t remember what else but more. Many many many flavors! The young ladies working their were very sweet and patient.
The fam settled on the double drizzle which is similar to zebra popcorn from another competitor and also a bag of hot tamale. Though I love sriracha, the sriracha sweet was too sweet for me. Prices are ok, a bit high but I expected that. Small bags were $ 2.75 ans Medium were $ 4, and sorry can’t remember the large bag price.
Very cute, nice concept and local.. .Everyone needs to stop in at some point and grab your favorite flavor.

Some really good popcorn of all variety, cheese, carmel, white yogurt, cinnabon!, etc. and all at a very fair price, i paid only 4 bucks for a medium bag of some quality popcorn, def going back!

Love this place and their popcorn! The manager is very helpful & friendly, you can sample everything, the popcorn stays fresh, and it makes you feel like a kid again! I bought the Vic’s Mix and really like it.

This place is awesome. A friend brought some popcorn to work one day and we absolutely annihilated the bag she brought. She said I HAVE to check out this place in Elk Grove, The Popcorn Store.
So today, my son and I were heading to the Crunch gym a few doors down. We decided to stop by The Popcorn Store to see what they had to offer. I have to say, this place is amazing, and the smell is indescribable when you open the doors. The two guys behind the counter were extremely friendly and answered all my questions. I decided on purchasing the behemoth «Family» sized one (which was only $ 9)! However, my son and I still needed to go workout. One guy asked how long we were going to be at the gym so that he could have a fresh bag ready when we returned. I was blown away by the kindness of the staff.
We will definitely be visiting this establishment again! Keep up the great work.

A little hidden Elk Grove Gem. Fresh hot popcorn that is beyond good. I dont know what the hell these people do to their regular plain popcorn, but it tastes like no other popcorn around. Also, all sorts of crazy flavors are available. Hot Tamale popcorn, tutti fruitti popcorn, I think so.
When cruising through the Grove, be sure to pick up some popcorn!

They have an excellent variety of pop corn sweet, salty, savory mmmmm the choices.
I really enjoyed the cheddar pop corn, pumpkin spice (limited time offering), and double chocolate drizzle MMM…
Prices are ok, but if you like to try a variety of things then the price can creep up on you. the popcorns start at around 3ish then 75ish cents more you get around double.
If you have a friend that loves popcorn then you need to go here.
Service here was pretty quick and friendly.
