I have continued to come to this Starbucks because of its convenient location, and in the hopes that its service and accuracy of order will improve. It hasn’t. My drink is simple — an iced latte with a pump of mocha — yet my drink is wrong 3 out of 4 times. Sometimes I get a regular mocha, usually they give me non-fat milk — neither of which I’ve asked for. How hard is it to make the drink that you’ve repeated back to me!?! I don’t go inside anymore because apparently I’m forgettable, and my drink gets forgotten behind a line of others. I guess I won’t be coming through the drive through anymore, either. For a drink that now costs $ 5, it’s just not worth it to waste my money on something I don’t like. Starbucks, please invest in training your baristas so they care about the product they create as much as you probably think they do… because right now they don’t.

This used to be my favorite SB, but the last year? PATHETIC! The wait is way to long, they run out of basic items I.e. Out of tea when they’re promoting the tea drinks for summer, and they are out by 1 pm? WHYBOTHER. They have yet to get an order correct. Trust me… go elsewhere! There are so many other great SB, don’t waste your time at this one…
