In the line for 15 minutes and still in the line? Maybe you need some decent shift«supervisors» that knows how to work at Starbucks. Do you guys even have fast services as one of your key points for the company? Horrible.

I’ve been super underwhelmed a few times as of late with this Starbucks. I expect that when a business said they are open at 4:30am, or any time of day for that matter, that they do so promptly. In the past month there have been 3 occasions where I show up before they open, get in the drive thru, and wait for a good 5 minutes before anyone ever gets on the mic. In the past I’ve given up entirely. Today after 3 minutes of waiting I drove up to the window and made my order from there. Early morning workers have precious few minutes to spare for coffee when they are on their way to work. Waiting because the business doesn’t open on time only serves to lose customers.

I come here all the time and everyone is friendly and the drinks are pretty consistent but they never have soap in the dispenser in the restroom which is seriously disturbing because that would mean none of the employees have clean hands after using the restroom throughout the day. I’ve noticed this multiple times and I’m reconsidering coming here on a daily basis because it’s not clean.

I’ve been frequenting this Starbucks for well over 3 years and this location is one of the more consistent ones when it comes to taste. Service is good and my drinks are always ready in a timely manner. I’ve also never experienced coffees with the burnt, day old taste at this location. With my personal preference as a factor, I think that their coffees and teas are on the sweeter side compared to other locations but, this isn’t a problem because it is easily adjustable. I also love the fact that they never messed up on my soy modification(knock on wood). Some people are LACTOSE!!! Not a good combination if stuck in traffic. LOL.

Good service but parking is too small and there is no plugs for you to plug in your laptop to sit enjoy your coffee and do work. Also not enough seats kinda cramped up. Good only for on the go.

Love the fact that this place has a drive thru. Service is on and coffee sometimes is great and other times it’s not made the right way. I usually get my ice coffee pretty simple. Nothing to crazy. Just hate it when it’s either watered down by the ice due to the coffee being to warm or too much cream barely any coffee

Good place, excellent service. But the location, though lovely, isn’t ideal. Parking during rush periods is a crapshoot. That said, the ambiance is nice, and the tree in the parking lot is a joy to look at and relax by. Just avoid the rush periods!

We were in the area and needed our wake up call. Had dropped our vehicle off for service and walked out to this location. It is located at the front of the Elk Grove Auto Mall. This location has a drive thru which is always busy. Cars are actually stacked out into the street sometimes. Small parking lot. Inside this location is very clean and nicely decorated. This is one of the few locations that offers their special reserve coffees(which is a little on the pricier side for a cup). I have tried their special coffees only once before and must say that it is pretty good — can really taste the difference in the flavor of the special reserve coffees. On this particular visit, hubby and I just ordered coffee and their Spinach Feta and Egg White Wrap. The wrap is always very good and light. The coffee which we selected their Veranda — not too strong. This particular morning was very busy. All tables were full and standing room only with customers waiting for their orders. The service was very efficient and getting orders in and out as quickly as possible. The person who took our order could have been just a tad bit more friendly. She almost seemed like a robot taking our order and getting our coffee — almost as if she wanted to be somewhere else. The other staff members seemed more happy and were smiling. Other than that I can’t really complain about anything.

Attempted to call ahead and give them the courtesy of placing an order over the phone and not bombard them. They did not answer the phone. Then when I did go in, they complained that I should have downloaded the app and placed multiple orders. So apparently, taking orders is no longer their job responsibility, and when I thanked them for their help, the rude barista rolled her eyes and huffed off. So as if the bad attitude and poor customer service was not enough, half the drinks were wrong. Trust me Starbucks, my whole crew will happily trot across the freeway to Dutch Bros. where they actually like their jobs.

Ok… sitting here, watching. Wow… at first, thought it was me but the cashier really must hate her job. She has awful customer service. A scowl on her face and a defensive attitude. Did you know that there’s a camera where you place your order!!! That thing has seen me at my very worst(sometimes I’m decent); but mainly my worst! I found out about«the camera» when I stepped in to the store recently. The drive thru line was long, practically out of the lot, and I thought… ok, ordering inside will be a much better course of action. There was no one in line! I hit a jackpot, right? Wrong! First impression: At the register to place my order and was rudely corrected when I asked for a grande white mocha with breve(breve = half and half). I was told breve comes with all drinks. Being the coffee snob that I am and Starbucks vet, I didn’t want to correct her because that conversation would immediately go south… like give me 5 seconds. So I smiled, agreed, and asked that she just make sure to note the addition of breve. There was a gentleman waiting for his order so I figured my drink would be coming up soon. I looked at the cookies, free download of the day, glanced at the people taking advantage of the free wifi, said hi to «the one» barista making drinks, went into shock after seeing everyone ordering drinks in the drive thru, texted a few people about the camera, and before you know it… it’s been 10 minutes! I asked how much longer it would be and was given an unfriendly explanation that drive thru and in-store orders were one in the same. It was 1 line! I didn’t know that! Of course, the whole thing about breve being standard made me wonder about the validity of anything I heard that night. I waited nearly 20 minutes and regretted getting out of my car. I go to this location a lot. It’s near the 99 on ramp, they open earlier and close later than other locations nearby, and the drive thru is usually pretty fast. I’m still asking myself why I decided to experiment that night. 3-stars for convenience and drink consistency.

I used to work at this specific Starbucks about 10 years ago and frequently stop by this location for my coffee and tea needs. The service is not always fast and the drive thru line is usually always busy and packed, moving rather slow. The baristas inside are usually always quite nice and friendly. This location is always super busy inside as well, it is difficult to find a place to sit and work. The drinks are always made correctly and I still enjoy this location. Will always be back here at my original Starbucks!

I stop at this location normally on Thursdays when I’m working off site. It’s pretty busy during the morning commute but im not in the drive thru line for more than 7 – 10 mins .now i will say I’ve been slacking on writing my reviews; therefore this particular review is for yesterday’s experience only. Here we go, so i get an alert text from Starbucks reminding me about the one for you, one to share Oprah Cinnamon Chai Tea Latte from 2 – 5. I was across the street leaving Walmart so I headed to the drive thru. my turn now its 2:05p.m. and i ordered the BOGO drink and was told sorry we ran out… bummer so i asked if they were substituting the drink with another flavor and she politely told me no.lol. i was pissed; therefore i didn’t order anything else. i had to wait an additional 5 mins to get out of the drive thru. I call Starbucks when i got home and the rep was awesome! He apologized and wrote a complaint as well… the manager should have been prepared for this promotion by making sure the product was in stock and offered me another drink. He loaded $ 20.00 on my Starbuck’s card and $ 15.00 on my daughter’s for the inconvenience.

Anyone reading this is likely familiar enough with the Starbucks experience. The coffee is above average. Over roasted in the opinion of some. Perhaps it’s an acquired taste. In an event I enjoy it acquired taste or not. This particular store is one of the few I frequent stop that also has a drive thru. To me the drive thru seems to add a level of confusions that leads to longer wait times at most stores. I could be wrong but that’s my perception. General impression of the staff here is absolutely very positive and friendly. I just get distracted when they are all walking around talking on their headsets. The do really well with the crafted beverages and the wait isn’t too bad in contrast to my general experience with drive thru locations. The store always looks to be well organized and efficient though the outdoor seating all too frequently has smokers«breaking the law». Once upon a time I smoked and I get the pleasure of a cup of joe and a smoke but please take it elsewhere. It’s well past the dawning of a new era. Overall I would say it’s a well average Starbucks that gets the job done.
