I love this store! The girls are sooooo friendly, sweet and welcoming. They become your friends; every time I walk in I always get a hello with a smile. Anytime I need hep or have questions with products they always give me great advice. All my clients have loved what they recommend. This is truly the best store to come to for all your beauty needs. Two thumbs up

If I could I wouldn’t even give them one star. Worse place to pick up products that I have ever been to. I hated every minute I was there. The employees were so rude. I asked them one question and without even looking at me or saying anything she grabbed what I needed and threw it on the counter. I asked if it would help and she just shook her head yes. It was the most unprofessional place I have ever been to. I will go to Sally’s or cosmoprof instead of this place.

Worst customer service ever. I went into the store (not knowing it wasn’t open to the public) for hair care products. Even walking through the door the staff treated me like I was unwelcome. I don’t know what her issue was with me, but she treated me like she assumed I was going to steal from the store. Word of advice: NEVER shop here! And to the witch who treated me like persona non grata: bring your stuck up ass down to earth, rent some customer service skills, and don’t assume that people who don’t look like you can’t afford to shop in the store.
