Somebody needs to tell the Asian lady to stop talking over my food while boxing it because she’s spitting her microscopic saliva in my food. Please close the lid when speaking. Thanks. Lines are always long because the workers are slow. I suggest going in when it’s not lunch or dinner rush hour. Other than that everything is good.

Horrible service! Came in to pick up my online order, stood in front of the register for more than 10 minutes. The girl behind the counter who was working the register(Alexis) did not acknowledge my existence. I asked for a refund they said it would take 7 business days! I asked them to give me hot food as my original order had been sitting out cold. The girl rudely dropped my receipt into another workers hand who was helping someone else and said«you can deal with this one» and went on to the next person! The manager at this location did not acknowledge the situation at hand. Brian was the person who helped us and did an amazing job.

My family loves how conveniently close this location is. The staff is always kind especially the Filipino guy. I see how rude and entitled some customers are to the staff and they continue to offer great service. Thank you Panda!

Quick and easy Chinese food. Great for take-out. Pros: You can ask for a sample Menu is consistent Items are typically always available You can get away with a decent meal for around $ 12 Cons: When what you want is at the bottom of the barrel and you have to wait for next batch Somewhat salty(I often find it funny when they give you a handful of soy sauce packets) Lunch can draw in long lines

Only thing express about this joint is your rush to the toilet just to check if they scooped it out and boxed it up for you to go… nuff said. p. s. food was cold, over seasoned with sweetners, gummy(yeah), and basically a Swansons Frozen TV Dinner scrapped into a «to go carton.» Go somewhere else, or buy a Swansons Frozen Chinese Dinner at the supermarket for 2.00.

I normally don’t eat Chinese food often even though I’m Chinese-American myself. In fact, I can’t even remember the last time we had it unless you count dim sum… I had to try their Chinese spare ribs which my HB so kindly reminded me it was only available for a limited time. Well because we were just at Raley’s yesterday we felt it was best to stop by here as it was only a hop, skip and jump away!!! Panda Express is located in Raley’s parking lot but in the back if you are standing in front of Raley’s store looking straight out into the parking lot. It was our last stop here as we got our sushi and samples at the Hot Wok in Raley’s. Yes I did sample some Chinese food there but that’s the first time in eons as we had ordered a bowl for a family member. Panda Express is an order up everything at the counter; wait a minute what was I here for??? That lady in front of me asked how much was the walnut shrimp? Wait I want to have walnut shrimp! I finally was able to order and my HB requested a larger-sized box of the Chinese spare ribs. It was actually quite tasty and with a little bit of a kick. I’m sad that it is only here for a limited time though! I had my receipt for Panda Express and decided to do the survey so that I can get a free entrée with a 2-Entrée Plate. I guess I will be seeing you soon Panda Express! Especially before those Chinese spare ribs say good-bye!!!

The epitome of poor management, terrible customer service and highly questionable food safety practice. Of the five to eight chances I’ve given this place due to convenience, these three things turn me away and finally never to return.

Pretty typical Panda. They did have the eggplant that I like. Not every Panda has that? Service was good, although I had a hard time understanding the first guy as English was NOT his primary language.

Horrible customer service makes for a horrible experience. Was at home and decided I felt like getting some potstickers. I arrived at 9:15, they close at 10, and they had already put away all the potstickers(or ran out and didn’t cook anymore). Seeing as they didn’t close for 45 minutes, I ordered what I came for: potstickers. They tried arguing with me to say they don’t have them and that the wait will be «much too long» that I «don’t want to wait for it». They repeatedly gave me different reasons as to why I shouldn’t get potstickers and I wasn’t having it, so I had to get pretty firm with them. «IMTHECUSTOMERANDIMPLACINGANORDEROFPOTSTICKERS». I consider myself to be a pretty even-tempered person, but these employees were being incredibly unreasonable just because they were lazy and didn’t want to have to clean up the dishes again. Well, not my fault you cleaned everything an hour before closing. I had to force them to cook them for me and they were very rude about it. Never returning to this panda location.

Ehh, I don’t think I’m every eating Panda Express ever again after eating here. The orange chicken was cold and the fried rice was tasteless. I have a stomach ache.

Food was freshly made and delicious but I wouldn’t come back because of the unfriendly staff and the fact that I was overcharged for the meal. Pros: Plenty of parking. No lines.

I’m in love with their mushroom chicken. So yummy! I also like their string bean chicken. I don’t know if it’s because I always go at 930, but they’re always out of both when I go, so I’m forced to get orange chicken. Which isn’t bad. Overall, love this place. Really good customer service.

I used this place for catering services. I didn’t have any issues ordering or picking up my order. I called them a half hour before I told them I needed food by and they were all ready by the time I got there and even helped me carry by order out

We came in here for a quick bite before the movies but boy was I wrong! First off, Its a Friday night so please have more then 2 people up front servicing everyone in line. There was a huge line and it was taking forever because they kept running out of food. When we finally get there, they ran out of my eggplant dish and the walnut prawns. They said they would cook the prawns but would take too long to cook the eggplant so I should pick something else. I think its ridiculous if they run out of something but didnt offer to make it since I didn’t mind waiting a bit longer. I mean Ive waited 10 mins already to even get up to the front, I might as well wait to order what I want. The lady up front just wouldn’t ask them to cook it so fine I chose something different. The food ended up being really good but I took off 3 stars for poor customer service. This place is so busy on the weekends and on top of that you have to deal with the bad service. I will give my business to the other local restaurants around instead since they know how to value their customers unlike Panda.

What happened to this place? It used to be good, but now, yuck! I tell her I want a Panda Bowl with brown rice and string bean chicken, she gives me a 2 item plate which cost 2 dollars more. Barely any chicken or green beans, mostly rice! Then the cashier always asks«you want medium pesi with that» WTH is a pesi??? And let’s talk about tricking your customers into spending more of our hard earned cash. Well Panda, until you get friendlier workers and better chefs, I move on to get my Chinese food fix elsewhere.

To me, Panda Express is pretty much the same anywhere you go. They have the same items. Everything is cooked pretty much the same across the board. The service is always dull. «Would you like to add a pot sticker or egg roll?» The food isn’t anything spectacular. It’s just a quick meal to pick up when you really can’t think of anything else to eat. My combo choice? Half fried rice half chow mein, orange chicken, and string bean chicken. The food is replenished rather quickly… most of the food is super fresh everytime I go there. 2.5 stars rounded up to 3.

It’s a typical Panda Express. Nothing spectacular and special. Like many other Panda Express out there, there is a place to pick up your trays and walk over to the glass counter for what you want. The service is typical. They are nice and they just put the food right onto your paperplate or take out plate. They got assortment of soft drinks, fountain drinks, juices and water. You get a fortune cookie… choose chopsticks or not. The environment is large to me, good enough to eat comfortably. When I went in, it was not crowded. Maybe because it was during a weekday.

I got home last night and had a crazy warewolf craving for Chinese food, luckily these guys are open until 9:30 at night. SWEET! I usually come in and order steamed rice with beef and broccoli with sweet and sour pork. I have to say for a fast food joint Panda tastes awesome and this is coming from a Chinese guy that doesn’t really like Chinese food or Chinese people hehe j/k. Must be the mexican guys cooking the food. Gracias amigo’s Sabe bien.
