If you’re craving Asian noodles this isn’t a good place to eat at. I tried their Thai hot pot and it doesn’t compare to what they serve at a real Asian place. But everything was good besides the food.

Noodle & Co is a place that has something for everyone. I came here last weekend and had the Peanut Sauté. The dish was delicious and full of flavor. The staff was friendly and accommodating. My friend and I had sat outside and the staff had no issue in finding us to bring us our food. Definitely recommend, especially when you have a group with differening palates.

I AM SUPER ANGRY
I personally do NOT like cheese on my food. So whenever I order my food I always say, «no cheese please!» And they have never failed in all my past visits. Well that all changed. Today not only did they put cheese on my flatbread, not on my pasta thankfully, but they also seemed a bit rude about my requests!
They seemed to be mocking my order of «flatbread no cheese» and were staring at me too. I am quite an insecure and anxious person so this did not make me feel very good at all! I am quite angry with there service tonight!!!
For all you know I could be allergic and they could have killed me

They got noodles and pasta and the whole kit and caboodle I just GASTAH!
.so I ordered:
Japanese Pan Noodles (Reg. $ 5.89) w/​Marinated Steak (+ $ 2.79) — caramelized udon noodles in a sweet soy sauce, broccoli, carrots, shiitake mushrooms, Asian spouts, black sesame seeds and cilantro.
Buttered Noodles (Reg. $ 5.89) w/​Oven-​Roasted Meatballs (+ $ 2.59) — tender wavy egg noodles, butter, Italian seasonings and parmesan.
And nooo, I didn’t get both meals in one sitting. I wish. My tastebuds are like, «mmmhmm, keep ‘em coming.», but my stomach is more like «bruh…bikini season’s right around the corner…» whaaa
Affordable and filling and tasty and a variety you can never get bored with. I don’t know why I didn’t pay mind to this place earlier.

The place is nice as for the food it’s a little different. I ordered the pad Thai for myself and the Alfredo montemore for my bf. We came with a very big group. We received our food and the noodles in both dishes were really hard. I’m usually not one to complain but the food was just so hard to chew and swallow. The chicken was just wrong. I took my food back up and told them if they can recook it for a little longer and was told they’d have to start all over with an attitude. When I got my food, the noodles were burnt and the chicken was missing, later I was served a some dish with my chicken separate, which was weird. I’m not sure how you can mess something up the 2^nd time. I just asked to cook the noodles so it wasn’t hard, I didn’t want them burnt. Definitely will not be coming here again.

Noodles and Company deserves an updated review since I finally ordered something besides their mac and cheese! I went with their featured dish — Thai Hot Pot. And it was a great choice! It had the aroma of a typical Thai curry, but the consistency of a hot pot broth. It was just the right size — maybe a little small for the price, but it was packed with flavor and ingredients. The food came out very quickly and all of the staff members were courteous. We also ordered their 6 piece potstickers. When they arrived on our table, it looked like somebody sat on them because they were so flat… not your typical potsticker. BUT I actually liked it better that way! Not so much dough and there was a lot of meat in each one. Their dipping sauce was actually way better than I expected also. It had the right amount of heat. I’ll definitely be back soon… their Wisconsin Cheesesteak caught my eye!

Their buff bowls are amazing. If you’re trying to eat healthy, low carb, and fresh this is the place. Lots of veggies and protein with great flavor.

Came in 20 minutes before closing and the staff was beyond wonderful. Especially the manager that was in charge, Anthony! Super awesome! (-:
I had been here before and I had a chicken Caesar and it was delicious! This time I had a chicken noodle soup and it was perfect for the fall weather and my cold. It was seriously as good as a home made soup.
The cheesy garlic bread is also to die for!
I also had a rice crispy and it’s probably the best rice crispy I’ve had in my life.
I absolutely loved this place and it is now my go to place. I have no negative comments for them. Can’t wait to try the whole menu!

I love Noodles & Company, and I really adore how they use organic/​fresh ingredients.
They offer a multitude of different types of pastas, considerably worldly. I’ve tried a bunch of different pastas from this location including the Mac & Cheese, Beef Stroganoff, and Thai Hot-​Pot. Personally, the Thai Hot-​Pot is my favorite as it has an abundance of flavor. I usually get the entrée paired with a Mini– Caesar Salad, which also tastes very fresh.
The restaurant itself is very clean and staff is friendly.
This location is located in a plaza, so parking isn’t difficult to attain (near Chevy’s).

I’ve been here one time and LOVED it. I plan on coming back often. I’d seen this restaurant before but didn’t try it because I thought it was an Asian noodle house, but it’s not. We ordered a salad, soup, Mediterranean wrap and all were delicious.
The food is really good, great portion sizes (not enormous), and I love that they serve organic juice for my 2 year old son. My son is so picky with his food and he ate their Mac & Cheese which makes this place a winner for me.

The only reason I gave it one star was because my first time going there my food was burnt. I brought it home for my daughter and we tasted it and oh my total burnt flavor. It was the Japanese udon noodle plate. She loves udon noodles so that’s why I chose it. I took it back in and the manager wanted to make me another plate of something. Unfortunately I didn’t have time. He kindly gave my money back. He also gave me two free bowl coupons. To be fair I will try this place once agian. The place itself was clean and inviting. The employees are nice and friendly. Hoping for a better experience next time.

Currently at noddles and co and we just received amazing service!!! My husband forgot to substitute mushrooms on his meal and realized once they had made his meal/​the workers were more than happy to create a new meal. Also food is fresh and delicious as always!

Although the establishment is super clean and the staff are nice enough, the food is meh. My order looked nothing like what is advertised. Lacked veggies and other key ingredients. Pretty much just got a bowl of noodles.

I have to say after the first visit I’m a fan. Is it in the running for a Michelin star? Not even the most remote of chances. But that’s clearly what this place is not about. Is it a nice chain with healthy options, fair pricing, diversity of food selection with fresh ingredients — freshly prepared, clean, friendly and efficient? Absolutely it is. It appealed to everyone in our party young to old /​picky to not, and all were satisfied with their meals. The only negative was the inability to dine as a part larger than 5 – 6. Then again that’s probably been processed through as a non profitable option for them to attract within the footprint of the relatively small layout. To me this is yet another strong player in the evolving world of chain /​franchised fast food.
I have enjoyed the Japanese pan noodles as well as the Bangkok Curry noodles and the Indonesian peanut sauté. Is this 100% authentic asian noodle goodness? No, but then again the menu diversity is the trump card given at least one other in my party goes the Italian route while another wants all-​american mac and cheese. Ok — add to that all the default options to make your meal vegetarian or vegan with the simplest of ordering. A very impressive menu design.
I just changed my mind from 4 to 5 stars based on my very own compelling review. This place is as good as it gets for what it is and for it’s openness not to pretend it’s anything else.
It’s not promoted as farm to fork but (I often see that as too frequently being farm to wallet), but the ingredients are fresh by all indications. I know it’s been around for a while but seems like only recently in the Sacramento area. I’ll be back!

Good food and very good customer service. Location isn’t great but the food is! I love the variety, everything from sandwiches, soups and salad to sweet treats. I used to worry that would have more spicy variety, but I have learned through experience that they definitely have a little something for everyone!

My best friend and I had to stick local this past weekend since my car was in the shop, and this is walking distance from our house. We’ve looked at Noodles & Company many times, but never actually stopped in until recently. Now I wish we’d given them a chance sooner — this place is great! He got the stroganoff and I got this pasta with tomatoes, spinach, mushrooms, chicken and cheese (although I can’t for the life of me remember what it was called). We also got some cheesy garlic bread.
When we were ordering, we had a lot of questions since it was our first time. The cashier was training and the lady who was training was super friendly, personable, and totally played along with our silly jokes. We found out later that she’s the regional manager. Everyone there was super friendly and helpful and everything we ordered was awesome. We’ll definitely be back!

Only one person at the register and answering the phone. At least five tables need to be bussed and the ice machine is not working.

Love this place! I’m always satisfied, full, and happy every visit. The staff is amazing and friendly. I’m always greeted every time I walk in. My favorite dishes are the Japanese Pan Fried Noodles with my choice of meat and the Pad Thai noodles. I have my mind set on eventually trying every item on he menu one day if I can resist from ordering the same item every time. Their creamy tomato soup is amazing as well.
I just wish their company allows their employees to get tipped. I do feel bad at times because I want to tip the staff for their service and enthusiasm but I’ve been told they don’t and are not allowed to take tips from customers.
My favorite noodle place… I will always come back!

Noodles & Company is a decent «grab ‘n go» pasta shop. For our first visit here we ordered the Pesto pasta plate.
The food was OK. The pasta was a little bit overcooked and it came out warm, not hot. The pesto sauce was not particularly flavorful. The menu advertised their pesto sauce as having wine; I didn’t taste wine in the sauce and it would have been a welcome addition. The flavors were somewhat vague and not the complex basil/​pine nut/​wine/​parmesan I was hoping for.
The restaurant was clean and the employees were friendly. They had one of those cool soda machines that has a touch screen and offers tons of different sodas.
Overall Noodles & Company offers an OK dining experience. We were underwhelmed with the flavors and would have enjoyed it more if the food had been served hotter.

We love this place but they are annoying us a bit.
We got our entrees before our diet drinks which they are out at 1143. My husband is upset about that that we got the drink reimbursed.
Even today’s scratch off had to be reminded as well. Oh well maybe we will have better luck next time; we normally are not negative.
At least the entrees were very tasty!!!
