Mike Martinez is great at his job. As a first time homeowner, there were so many opportunities were I would have been overwhelmed and confused and just generally put out. But Mike, was patient, kind and more importantly thorough and knowledgeable of the entire process. He’s someone that I would absolutely recommend to anyone purchasing a home. First time or not — he’s flexible with the hours that work for your schedule, he’s knowledgeable about what to sign, how to proceed, and he’s more than accommodating about what your budget is — he’s not someone that isn’t interested and concerned about your finances and making sure that you are not stretched thin, since the process is already expensive.
