Okay seriously, I know it’s a busy day but PLEASE always listen to your customer. We were in Drive-​Thru and I ordered 20 Honey Bbq Wings. As always I looked in the bag and all I seen was regular hot wings. Now at that point I’m disappointed but not upset ONLY because I had to walk inside and get my order corrected. When I went in there I brought it to their attention that they had given me the wrong order. It was weird because none of them that was making food weren’t wearing ANY gloves?! I was so confused. Some girl that was touching boxes came and took my wings out of the box and threw them in a new box. I got irritated because while she was in the middle of transferring my food; ANOTHER person had to come and take over — I was watching all of the workers and I shit you not no one in there were wearing gloves! I don’t know if that’s just their store or like a new thing but seriously, if you’re making food for customers; they should provide the disposable plastic gloves.

Very rude manager for yelling at his employees when he is working the window under tense rush hour. Counter employee are nice with a friendly smile

Great customer service. Long wait but offered me a free soda. Had a big order and they got it all correct. Very friendly and place looks clean.

Food was fine, very nice young girl serving. The chicken wasn’t ready so they gave me a free soda while I waited outside. That is good customer service.

Well every time I’ve been here it’s been great, but I bought 2 $ 5 fill ups tonight & they didn’t include a cookie in either of them. If they ran out they could’ve at least say something but it just wasn’t there. Kind of disappointed.

Always have loved KFC, I’m pretty sure the franchises differ so much because the owners/​management seem to have different priorities.
This one seems to be hit –miss for us. (Why I was generous and gave an extra star). They usually are out of something we want to order, and either offer something else, or we get to wait… half hour or so. I really wish this location would get the hint and take the Unilocal reviews seriously, frankly, I’m surprised they are still in business. We rarely go there anymore, and only if they have a special or something. Paying inflated prices for mediocre service/​food isn’t on my to-​do list. Sorry

Best customer service I’ve had in a fast food restaurant. I’ve seen these one star reviews after going here, maybe there’s new management now because my visit here was delightful.
We were immediately greeted by Mike, he stood and waited until we were ready. His customer service was very welcoming and polite, it honestly felt like I was at a high end restaurant lol sounds odd, but his lingo fit well.
One of the girls that was helping him putting our food together, messed up a little bit but we corrected her and she apologized. No biggie.
When I’m craving kfc, I’m definitely coming back to this location because of Mike.

I don’t usually write reviews on fast food chains but my mom really wanted me to share her horrible customer service experience at this KFC in Elk Grove.
My mom encouraged me to not give them any stars at all, but I’ll be nice and throw them a bone. All we want you to know about this location is that the management here was very rude when we complained about not receiving the correct order that we placed. Maybe, the manager (Dave) needs some lessons on how to treat his customers and an attitude adjustment!
Make sure to check your orders because you will regret it if you don’t & if you complain about it to management they won’t care.

The last two visits have not been good. First visit I had to wait for my food to be brought back by another customer who got my order. Last night we ordered 16 legs original, and while waiting we were told they only had 8 legs original, and that we could get 8 crispy or grilled. This was on a Saturday evening at 5:32 PM. I like the chicken but a business that can not fill the order correctly needs some serious help. Pollo Loco here I come. Just for KFC information the order number 4375 and Jordang was the name on the receipt.

The food here is good… It’s KFC after all. But the service is terrible! I go back about once a year thinking the turnover of staff would improve service but it doesn’t. Something is always missing from our meal. Which of course, we don’t discover till we’re home and too tired to go back. In addition, the process of just giving our order was painful. I had to repeat the order three times and even then I had to just go one item at a time and wait for her to confirm each thing. Never again!

Every so often I crave this place. Every time I pull up to the window I get ignored for about 10 minutes. I wouldn’t mind waiting 10 minutes, if they just made an effort to say hi first, just a suggestion.

Posters on windows and signs inside say pot pie is on sale on Wednesdays. On Wednesday night they still charge me full price. Corporate doesn’t care either, and they probably know that. Copy of receipt available upon request.

Bought a 10 piece chicken bucket and it’s the saddest sight ever! I’ve had tiny Cornish hens with bigger drum sticks! Seriously pissed but I already drove home and it was too far. Augh check your food before leaving this place. If I could give zero stars I would.

Ordered two 10 pc. Buckets of Original recipe chicken at the drive thru. After I paid, I was told they only had 6 peices of Original. This was at 1:15 pm. You would think they’d be better prepared for the lunch hour, right?! Stupid! I ended up having to park and wait 25 minutes for my order. Geez! Management better get their shit together! They are hiring. Hmm… I wonder if the management position is open?!!

Like the $ 5. box. It only comes with mash potatoes and gravy, so I get that for my husband and he gets coleslaw for me. You get a thigh & leg, the potatoes, a biscuit, cookie & drink. Good buy.

Dirty and disgusting. Ordered two chicken drumsticks and two biscuits. Received the four items in a rectangular box. After eating both of the drumsticks and one of the biscuits, I grabbed for the second biscuit and upon lifting it out of the box noticed an ant-​like bug crawling around inside the box they had given me. Awful. This is the kind of thing I think restaurants should be shut down for. Utterly gruesome.

Never never never leave this place without making certain that you have what you paid for. I was there last night when the franchise owner was there and during the time I was waiting for my to go order 3 other customers complained that their orders were incorrect. I got home and found mine was missing the cole slaw. Almost seems to be intentional. Next time I will drive to the store on Elk Grove Florin & Calvine.

What they did wrong was give me the wrong order. That would not have been a problem had they done something about it. I had to TELL them to do something. I will drive out of my way when I want KFC again.

Man I came to the drive thru after swimming, eyes all red and burnt out. It’s an obvious impression that I looked high, and me ordering a bucket of chicken at 10pm seems to give more evidence to this. I hate this kfc btw, they don’t abide by the sauce Of the chicken. I want my sauce damn you. Chile picante hot sauce tastes like kfc sauce if anyone needs a substitute.
As I get to te drive thru, I start tearing up cause of the blinding light. As I pay, a lady sticks her head outta the window and asked me if wanted wings only in the bucket. Wtf? Really? So I just tell her I wanted 12 pieces of chicken; giving her the better of the doubt, that she just wanted to add hot wings or something. She repeats herself again about the wings only, so i tell her no really loud. She’s says «ok» with an attitude, like I shouldn’t be offended by getting only wings in my bucket.
The chicken was dark brown, bit on the burnt side, but it was crisp. Which is what I want. As I was eatin my chicken, the chlorine starts tearing me up painfully. with hot sauce and chicken grease on my fingers I can’t easily goto the sink blind. I mean i was crying like i had eveything precious of mine taken away. With a red nose and snot coming down, i was definitely in physical pain. Against all common sense, I decided to just bear the pain and eat my chicken… I wish I had recorded this, seeing a grown man crying next to a bucket of chicken and eating, it would have been a sight to see.
