I come usually once a week, the drive thru is fairly fast paced, great customer service & the manager Jose is friendly, great problem solver

It’s rare that you go to a fast food place that actually gives great service too. Their food is fresh and very good. I used the drive thru for lunch, the girl that rang me us was very sweet and respectful. She thanked me for my purchase and said they hoped to see me again soon. It was a very pleasant experience. I was never a big fan of Jimboy’s before. It might have just been the restaurants I went to, this place made me a fan. I had the two beef original tacos.

I should have known when I had to ask 3 times for someone to respond in the drive thru box that this wasn’t a great place. I stopped because another claimed they would help pay for franchise restaurant. I even tried the beef taco recommended you another reviewer; not impressive. I also got the two street tacos deal, which were slightly larger than a $.50 coin. My tacos were also not wrapped and just laid in the bag. I also did not get the thought that the worker recommended trying. Overall the food was bland.

While visiting the area around Elk Grove, I decided to eat at Jimboys since that place is not a familiar name in the town I live. Not knowing what’s good on the menu, I ordered their Tuesday daily special (two enchiladas). I waited and waited until a few minutes later (about 20) the cashier who attended me was cleaning tables asked me if I’m still waiting on my order. I answered yes. Unaware of their restaurant operations, I assumed it was normal for orders to take long but I was wrong. She went to the back and in a few seconds, the manager (I presume) came out and apologized for the wait. Somehow my order got skipped. That’s where I started to get a bit disappointed and mad. However, the manager made sure I left a satisfied customer by correcting what had happened and personally brought me over my food. The wait was definitely worth it because the food was amazing!

Went to jimboys today and I can’t stop complementing the staff enough, I haven’t had a drive-​thru experience better than this one. The man taking our order was very lively and charismatic and made ordering my food as fun as possible and enjoyable. Thank you!

I really miss Jimboy’s in our city, so we make a drive from Lodi all the time to get our fix! It can be pricey, but their tacos are packed full of beef and fixin’s, they don’t skimp on anything. Can’t beat the grilled bean and cheese burritos and beef tacos, so tasty and good!

6÷26÷2015: Great deal, coupon for 6 tacos. We paid $ 9.99. 3 beef and 3 bean. The tacos hit the spot. Always good customer service. Jimboy’s tacos are almost like home made tacos. Comparing Jimboy tacos with Jack in the Box tacos, Jimboys wins. After lunch, Deanna Jaxine Stinson and I went to Raging Waters.

This Jimboys is better than all other locations in the region! I just had the streak and shrimp tacos with tortilla chips and drinks for $ 6.99. Amazing tacos! Both tacos full of protein and fresh veggies. The best! I am full and satisfied.
When I crave tacos, this is my go to spot for I love the ground beef and chicken tacos too.
We were greeted with a sincere and friendly smile. Great customer service.

Drunk or sober, these are the best tacos you can buy from a drive up window. Sure the ground beef is salty, but hey… this isn’t health food. El Gordo? Hell yeah! That’s how I feel after two of those and a fish taco and ground beef burrito. So good!!! I only wish they were open later during the week for those late night cravings. Jimboy’s tacos will always beat Taco Bell tacos!

Once again, I am amending my review for this location of Jimboy’s tacos. I wrote a review about 7 months ago highlighting my disappointment with two bad experiences but I am happy to report that within the time that has passed, Jimboy’s has redeemed themselves and I am still one of their number #1 fans! Yayee! I stopped by the drive thru today with my grandfather for lunch and the service was very friendly, fast, and quite efficient. My favorite thing to order are regular ground beef tacos with no cheese and a side of mexican rice with extra enchilada sauce on top. Every time my order is always fresh and piping hot, with great flavor I might add. The drive thru can take awhile during peak meal times but the quality in the food remains unchanged. Overall, I will continue to be an avid customer and will tell anyone looking for affordable, tasty mexican food to stop by here for a good meal.

I love their ground beef tacos, and their taquitos.
And their guacamole and horchata.
My mouth is watering just thinking about this place.
And yes folks, I can eat a 6 pack of tacos all by myself, and easily too!
