Ally (the owner) visited my house to give an estimate before I signed up for her services. I understand it’s an estimate, so there could be a difference between what is quoted and what is charged. However, that difference was unreasonably large! There was almost no comparison between what was quoted and what was charged. She just decided to increase her «base rate». Also, she decided (on the fly!) to charge me an additional amount because she had to «travel all the way to my home», which was *never* mentioned verbally or on her contract. In fact, she told me the very opposite on her first visit. She said that my home was within reasonable distance, so she would not charge me for traveling.
Next thing, her tardiness. She just cannot maintain time. I guess she just signs up for more than what her schedule can accommodate. She was supposed to turn up at 6.00PM at my house, I called her up when she did not make it on time (at 6.10PM). She said she would be there in «10 minutes». But turned up only an HOUR later at 7.00PM. Sorry, but I cannot reserve my entire evening for you, Ally! While she was cleaning at my place, she kept getting repeated phone calls from other customers asking her why she was late to their appointments!
I initially thought her quality of work was good, but later found out that she had used an abrasive scrubber to clean my brand new microwave, leaving scratch marks all over the stainless steel exterior and control panel. You would think someone in the cleaning business to know better! Apparently not!
Highly disappointing! Please spend your money elsewhere!

Ally is absolutely wonderful! She and a team member deep cleaned my entire house in the 3 – 8 hour visits and the house looks impeccably clean. I always thought my house was clean. We typically do a general cleaning of the house once a week every week. But Ally’s level cleaning is on a totally different scale. She gets into the nooks and cranny and attacks every piece dirt in sight and out of sight. She never complained when we asked her to do more work and was very flexible with her scheduling. If you want a truley clean house, Green Ally Cleaning is the way to go.

What can i say i made call cause i needed help. to get my kids home back together and clean before they came to stay with me. as soon as i walk into my house i felt a difference. a good n positive thing.. And the smell of a clean home. as a single dad u never know how deep of cleaning a home is. thanks ally il be a repeat costumer.
