I was introduced to F & M when their VP came to our high school to discuss the opportunities for FFA student loans. I was very pleased with the customer service when I went in. Lavone went out of her way to explain the application and the entire process. She made my son and I feel very welcome in her branch. She definitely has a passion for helping our small town community remain family like. I have been with Golden one for over 20 years, and have usually had great experiences with them as well. But she gives them a run for sure!

This Bank is the Bomb very above and beyond helpful. We have been banking here for years. They are very friendly and get to know you personally. They also helped us in a situation of theft and fruad.
