Elite Audio

I found out today that they have been overcharging me for recalibrations for my breathalyzer device. They did my initial Intoxalot installation charging me $ 40 over what was quoted and found out today that the normal charge for a recalibration (all you are doing is changing out the device on a simple cable takes less then a minute not 10 minutes) they charge $ 50 when Intoxalot informed me the normal charge is $ 15. Thankfully I was sent to a new service center today which I was charged the normal fee and will never go back to these guys who are excessively overcharging the customer.

Wow this place was awesome! I went up here during the holidays to get a car stereo installed in my mom’s car and they were awesome. The guy named Munch (I think that’s what I heard?) was super helpful. He seemed to really know his stuff and took the time to explain to my mom what she needed to know and help her find the right (NOT expensive) audio set up for her car. Not only that, I was browsing surrounding places prices online while he was helping us, and they were definitely giving us the lowest price by far. If any of my hometown friends need a great vehicle audio set up without the hassle and expensive prices, I most def know the place I’ll be telling them about. Thanks again Munch (?) and whoever else may help there!

Tim made my Christmas shopping super super easy. Very helpful and didn’t make me feel stupid for not knowing a lot about car audio. In and out, great customer service.

Munch did a great job installing an LED kit on my new Jeep. Right after getting my jeep tinted next door by Genesis they got me right in and out within an hour. Fast. Great prices and very professional. All my friends want to get their cars done now. Just waiting on the kits to come in. Highly recommended to everyone. Thank you again. I’ve been to my fair share of stereo shops in my lifetime. This one, hands-​down, is by far the most thorough and professional one I’ve ever been to! If it wasn’t for the great team here at this store I don’t know what I would have done. I tried the stereo shop up on Elk Grove Boulevard and had nothing but problems, not only with their install but with the quality of the product and installation itself. So thanks to the team at Elite Audio in Elk grove, I was able to turn my car around and they even went above and beyond my highest of expectations. I purchased two JL Audio 13W7AE subs. A Soundstream Tarantula 2600.1 amplifier for bass. A JL Audio 600 watt 4 channel amp for my mids and tweeters. Two sets of the best JL component kits with crossovers for my mids and tweeters. I had the whole car Dynomatted from the roof to the floor, underneath the carpet, all four doors, and the whole inside of the trunk with Dynamat Extreme. I had the mids and tweeters professionally installed with a custom rear deck made specifically for my car with new tweeter mounts on my doors in the front. I had a custom sub woofer box made with a special port to make it sound exactly the way I wanted. They installed a brand-​new Clarion stereo with two extra televisions in my rear seats so that on long trips my kids could be entertained and you’d swear with how good they were able to tune the system, it totally sounds like you’re in a theatre. I found out that they did other things as well. I had them put in HID headlights, which really light up the road at night and help you see five times better. With all the extra electrical things they put in the car, they had to put in a bigger alternator and an extra battery so my headlights don’t even dim. It was also really convenient because I was able to get my windows tinted by the shop next-​door while they were installing the new entertainment system in my car. Although it was tempting, they were working on another car at the same time and were putting in a train horn. But with my vehicle I wasn’t sure they’d be able to fit it in there. With all of the extra stuff that they put in the car it wasn’t an option as far as I was concerned, I had them put in a top-​of-​the-​line viper alarm system. The alarm system even comes with remote start which is something I have become to love in the winter months because I can warm up my car from inside the house and it even lets me know on my iPhone if my cars alarm gets set off or one of the doors gets opened. I’ve always been a firm believer in you pay for what you get, they were not the cheapest but I couldn’t have asked for better service or installation I can’t say enough about the team at this place. And they have this crazy van that they built that is just the coolest thing next to sliced bread and it’s got so much bass I’ve never seen or felt anything like it it’s just totally unreal. So with that, a big THANK YOU goes out to all the guys at Elite Audio. Munch, Vincent and Greg. You guys have all of my business, my family’s business, and all the guys and gals from my work. By the way lunch is on me.

Well I went back to have my son’s stereo installed and I have to say this experience was nothing like my first. They didn’t tune/​set the system up, the radio doesn’t work (I need to buy a different antena) and they really didn’t seem to care whether or not we bought from them or not. I will not go back to them.

I was really happy with my experience with Elite Audio overall. I contacted them initially via email for a quote on a relatively small job. Vincent emailed me back in a timely manner and provided a great quote that was MUCH more affordable than other quotes I’d received. I was worried I may not get quick and/​or thorough attention since my job was pretty inexpensive… all I needed was a remote starter and I’m sure they deal with a lot of audio installs that generate a lot more revenue! I was quite surprised — Vincent got me scheduled for the install ASAP even though his schedule was very busy and was nothing but friendly and attentive throughout the process. The install was complete in about an hour and everything works perfectly. I will definitely be returning for any future needs. I highly recommend this company.

The shop was very nice. Trophies everywhere. Service wise? They were nice, but they also came off like they didn’t care about the sale. A little cocky. It’s just an ok store. Haven’t had any installations yet for several reasons, one including they did not sell us on the product. We had to read and figure it out ourselves.

Just had Elite finish a full custom install on my Dually including woofer enclosures, amp racks, and door speaker pods all custom fabricated from scratch and installed totaling over 8k. All I have to say is my truck sounds smooth, slams hard and the system looks so sweet!!! I am very selective who works on my cars and trucks, and have no problem leaving them with these guys anytime! The only bad thing I want more!!! Thanks guys, I will be back to Elite after xmas for more!
