The worst chiropractic experience I have ever had. Lacey and Seth are scam artists. Well, they do not take insurance and they do talk A LOT about religion. This is a huge no no when running a business, unless they plan on only treating their fellow Christians. They charged me close to $ 3,000 upfront and I had no idea WTF that was all about. I called them the next morning to cancel all my future appointments with them then went through hell with getting my bill reduced to a zero balance. I have been to plenty of different Chiropractors around and by far Lacey is the worst. Keep away from these people. I feel like what they are doing is unethical and someone should contact the boards immediately!

Stay away from this place and their religion-infused snake oil pitch. I met«Dr. Lacey» at a community event. I visited their booth and they invited me to come into their office for a complete evaluation. I think I paid them a $ 20 fee to hold a spot for the evaluation. I went into the office and was immediately reminded of a timeshare presentation suite. There were about 25 chairs set up in the main area, all facing forward. We were lectured on spinal alignment and some dietary type products. We were then given clipboards with lots of paperwork to fill out while awaiting our«consultation». I felt that something was off here… maybe it was the blank, dazed look in the eyes of the people who worked there. Maybe it was just the vibe. But something was off. Fast forward to my one-on-one with«Dr. Lacey». She gave me her speech about health and how misalignment of your body can cause illnesses, etc. And then it happened… and it all became clear to me. She started going on about God and how our bodies were designed for this and that. At that point, I stopped her. «Look» I said. «I’m an atheist, I don’t believe in any of that». Her demeanor changed, her face became flushed and she started fumbling a bit. I knew in an instant that I didn’t belong here. I left immediately and asked to be removed from all communications. I really think it’s a bad idea to mix religion with business. I personally don’t care if someone else is religious, but it should be kept to themselves. Once you start making assumptions that I believe in your God, I find it offensive.
