The staff is nice, but this place is really really slow. Also, i went back to the counter for sauce they didn’t give me and they wanted to charge me for it. Seriously? No other McD i have been to has wanted to charge me 11¢ per dipping sauce. Ridic.

Horrible McDonalds nobody speaks English no outlets to plug your phone in I’m all for keeping minimum wage minimum and allowing the ones that got obamnesty to earn that minimum wage they are so lazy they can’t bother to hand you a napkin they tell you go all the way across the restaurant to go get them yourselves yep they have the audacity to not pay taxes as well as tried to demand $ 15 an hour personally I say cut their salary to 5 bucks an hour

I must admit, this is one of the better ran establishments in the Chicago land area. They pride themselves on two distinct services, 1st. speed of service and 2nd the order is correct the first time. I work just a mile and a half from this store and if I am running late for work I know I can run through the drive through and will be in and out in a matter of 2 – 3 minutes. Another good feature I found out is once they know you are a regular they will go the extra mile for you that you probably won’t get at other stores.
