Comfort Inn & Suites

Let’s see where do I start. A TV that you have to get out of bed to change the channel because the remote is only good for a very short distance. A bathroom that is so small that the door blocks the tub and only one person can be in there at a time. Dogs barking and doors slamming until midnight. Desk clerks that don’t seem to care whether you’re there or not and one of them listening to head phones while waiting on you.

nice big bedrooms for the money. breakfast room could be a little more organized. I would recommend the hotel.

The first thing that I noticed was the wonderful smell in the room, the beds are comfy the bathrooms are clean everything was clean, the TV was small but it’s ok. There’s a couch in the room also. I would recommend very much love it.

Paid $ 122.50 for 1 bed room that includes tax and $ 15 for pet fee. Everything was clean, carpet is new and hot breakfast includes items to make English muffin sausage cheese egg sandwich. You have to enter through the lobby to get to your room.

Stayed here on the way to Arizona and would consider it okay. The motel is pretty clean from the outside and the lobby was clean and seemed updated. Some thoughts are below:
Pros — check in process was quick, good parking, and the beds were comfortable (major pro), and they gave you numerous pillows to choose from
Cons — bathroom was not cleaned good, towels were lightweight and cheap, and the breakfast was not adequately supplied (I think this was do to an unmotivated employee as they had a good array of foods, but she was not replacing items that ran out — we ate at about 6:30 am so you would think it would be fully stocked)
Overall it was an okay place to stay, but I would not stay again at the appx $ 100 rate we paid but if I could stay for $ 70 or so I would probably stay again.

Overall very happy with my experience with this motel. They were not ready for us to check in as early as I would have liked, so make sure to arrive later rather than earlier. The room was larger than expected and very clean. Bedding was wonderful and I enjoyed a restful night. This is a quite location away from the expressway but easy to locate.
It was after Labor Day so I was not surprised the outside pool was cloudy. They will probably be closing is soon for winter.
Back side door was not secure. Card lock was broken or deactivated. however this seems to be an exceptionally safe area. I was not concerned.
Breakfast food quality was as expected, nothing great, nothing bad. I did think it odd the microwave and the hot food server dish was on the same plug. You had to unplug one to use the other. (Geesh, that’s an easy cheap fix!)
Major complaint for me was the cleaning staff hanging out in the dining room prior to check out time. Especially at that hour of the morning, I do not want to hear about what some stranger did the night before or how they were ticked off at their boyfriend. This kind of employee chatter is best kept in the break room.

Check-​in took for forever!!! The room and breakfast were standard. This is an okay place to stop and crash for the night. It was also fairly cheap for a walk-​in rate.

This is by far the best Comfort Suite I’ve ever stayed at. It was clean, roomy, and pleasant, just a step below a Hyatt. The front desk couldn’t have been nicer and more personable. They even waived my pet fee!
In other words, it isn’t a fancy hotel, but I’m giving it five stars because it’s in the middle of nowhere, where you wouldn’t expect much, yet it is a pretty ideal place for a business traveler or a couple of people with two dogs driving across the country. I took the manager’s card (name is Bobby Singh); I would definitely stay here again.
