I love this place for one of a kind jewelry, house wares, shoes & clothes! Lots of bargains. There’s always something new every time I go back. Plus they have Joico hair products, salon quality. You can find good quality towels, sheets (300 thread count cotton). There’s just so much worth the price.

The workers are very meticulous when it comes to their work, the different departments looked very neat, all of the employees were welcoming and friendly

Meh… this store has terminally dysfunctional checkout.
The approximate population of Calcutta is usually «working» on the floor or behind the counter, but only one or two checkout stations are open… and…they…take…their…time. Don’t know how that works, because it’s not like your purchases wind up folded properly or anything… They won’t even let you have the hanger on a 200 $ suit jacket.
Regardless: I’ve never gotten out of here with less than a ten minute wait, immaterial of how many people are in line, regardless of time of day or day of the week, or how many people are working. I’ve also never witnessed them open another register in response to the line of customers waiting to check out (sometimes enough to extend beyond the checkout area). I’ve left, probably 40% of the time, when I otherwise would have made a purchase, rather than wait, because it’s so mad that it’s going to take 30 minutes to check out. Decreases sales and increases costs, because staff have to re-​stock unpurchased items.
And heaven forfend you need to speak to someone at the Jewelry counter. Because then, better plan on at least a half hour (more, if you’re returning).
Ugh. Just go to Louisville…
