Ok I only stopped here for the coffee. It’s Starbucks coffee. Sad to say that the barista was so rude. I’m sorry you made my coffee so hot & you didn’t put a sleeve on it! Do your job and I wouldn’t had to reach for my own sleeve!!!

Coffee was bad. The piece of cheesecake was stale, the floor around our table in the dining area was disgustingly filthy. And they served our desserts on plastic plates with plastic forks.

I just wanted to comment that my daughter’s Daisy Troop visited here. They set up a tour with Barnes & Noble to show how books get from the publisher to the book store. The tour guide(female, unfortunately don’t have her name) was superb, and the girls learned a lot. They even got a free cookie and hot chocolate from the café. Thank you!

I’m not sure how this shopping center became the hub of Elizabethtown, but it has. If you aren’t going to Louisville to shop, you’re going to this area of Dixie. This Barnes and Noble is always up-to-date and always has helpful employees, even if they’re slammed. Whoever has been doing the hiring for the of Starbucks’ staff needs to be given a massive raise/bonus. I grew up in Elizabethtown and I’ve been to this location over the course of 6 years and I’ve seen the staff change three to four times and they always are courteous and fast. The location isn’t as big as the one here in Tampa, but then again everything in Tampa is a bit bigger.

This B & N is great! Very spacious, nice and quiet(minus my kids’ voices of excitement) in a great location. Swung by to renew my membership and get the kiddos some Kumon workbooks and whatever they wanted. I only encountered two staff members, the lady at the counter who renewed my membership and another lady in the Starbucks area(BTW, they don’t have my beloved lemon pound cake, but you should try their red velvet cheesecake or the oreo stack… both of which aren’t as sweet as they look«perhaps I should book a dental appt w/all these sweets I’ve had this week alone») both of which were very friendly. I’m rambling… to make a long story short… this is the place you’d want to be on a cold Fall or Winter night! I don’t have to tell you to go see it for yourself because I’m sure you will.
