They have the best sweet corn around, according to my wife. I have to say I like their corn and haystacks during Halloween. Also, they have a variety of fruits and vegetables not available in most stores, like kalirabi. Now I have this kalirabi and have no clue what to do with it. Otherwise, I love Klein’s!

A stop at Klein’s always makes me feel really good, whether it’s for fresh asparagus, or a flat of marigolds for the garden, or whatever else they may have grown. If you live in the area, do yourself a favor & don’t buy fresh sweet corn in season anywhere else. Family-owned, and the staff are helpful and friendly. It’s one of those one-of-a kind places that makes the neighborhood special. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that I wish they offered more organic produce rather than conventionally grown. That being said, the produce is local(at least mostly) and extra fresh, noticeably better in taste & appearance than most grocery store produce. Give yourself a treat; it’s well worth the stop!

Been coming here since I was a kid for sweet corn. There is nothing better than locally grown produce. Support local businesses!

I buy all my annual flowers here every year, and have for over 20 years. I also shop at their location on Lillian across from the Ace Hardware. In addition to a great selection of healthy plants, they also sell great sausage, cheese curds, relishes, fresh local grown vegetables and fruit! I just got some really great fresh sweet bicolor corn here that was outstanding, and of course some fresh Wisconsin cheese curds, and Braunschweiger. The quality and service at both locations is always excellent!

This place has been a staple in Elgin summers for as long as I can remember. I stopped on my way home to check it out. While the selection was not overwhelming, everything was incredibly fresh. The difference in taste between these fruits and vegetables and grocery store was quite remarkable. Everything I had was amazing. Go there for the basics and enjoy the way fruits and vegetables used to taste.

Wonderful family-owned business. My father-in-law goes here for all of his flowers and seeds for the garden. We came last year for flowers and now this year for tomato plants for the garden as well as flowers for our flower bed. The owner helped us pick out a wonderful blend of perennials and annuals for the flower bed because we were quite lost. And, we love it! Such a wonderful place. I would definitely recommend them!

This is a charming little rustic market near the corner of a busy intersection. We stopped for a healthy snack of fresh fruit while road tripping through IL. The jar of pickled Brussels sprouts I found was a tasty treat; I only wish they were locally produced.
