I lived at Heritage Grove for 1 year. It was a total nightmare. I never felt at home the entire time. The apartment managers are not the kind of people you would want to do business with when it comes to managing your home. The maintenance on the apartment is the bare minimum. Upon moving in I discovered my front door frame was shattered, glued, and painted over. I could see daylight through the door knob. I was given the most dangerous parking spot out in an open round about in the parking lot. My new car was backed into, scratched, and dented several times. Every time a new covered parking spot would become available as old tenants moved out, management always had an excuse why I couldn’t have one. The complex is not kid friendly at all. There is only a parking lot. There is no place for the kids to play, so the chances of your car being damaged by a scooter or ball are high. And because it is such a small gated community, management seems to be very involved in the personal lives of the tenants. A majority of gossip and tension originates from the front office. On several occasions the manager’s have been known to gossip about tenants with other tenants in the parking lot or common areas. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone who is looking for a peaceful, safe home.
