Courtyard Villas

The tenants are really nice a lot of children if you have kids however the landlord Charlotte is lazy she doesn’t do things in a timely manner extremely unprofessional and not very honest. I left a few things in my unit upon evacuation however they completely screwed me over. Since they didnt have any applicants they pretty much charged me full rent as if my damages added up to the amount. I was blame for everything left in the dumpsters, like very large items and all I my items are in a storage unit. I have called on a few different occasions to get clarification an no call back. I was charged for issues I moved in with and the landlord never got to them. The grounds are not well kept. Manager wanted to bring my personal documents to the laundromat where she works aside from the apartments to sign lease, just extremely unprofessional. I have never had a moving experience as this one how ever it ha taught me to be very meticulous and take tons of before and after photos. I have it two stars because they units themselves have potential just management sucks.
