Dining here at the moment very disappointed already. No plates were given to us with our lettuce wraps or anything. Waited about 15 mins for a refill. We have yet to get our food. Only seen the waiter when he asked what we’d like to drink. Very slow bad service. Every other time we come we request Jocelyn cus she’s awesome but I don’t think she’s here today. Bad luck for us.

This location is right next to the movie theatre so the location is great. However I feel like PF Changs is quickly becoming a place of the past with so many other restaurants to choose from. The food is tasty, but has a manufactured or packaged texture to it. I was shocked that my glass of red wine cost 14 dollars came in a half pour in a white wine glass. Just ridiculous. Our waiter was was really great however, very courteous and friendly. So the service compensated for the mediocre food.

We ordered the Chilean Sea Bass and the Honey Chicken and steamed rice. I remembered why I don’t eat here. The rice was very dry and al dente; not the way steamed rice is supposed to be served. The microscopic piece of sea bass on a huge mound of spinach was fishy and no other flavour. The honey chicken tasted like it was from a package. The meal was served barely warm. It’s been about 10 years since I’ve been here and I don’t think I will be back.

Since this place opened it has been my go to place for good Chinese food, but last night it was the worse Chinese I have ever had. There was no taste to the food and everyone I was with felt the same way. I wonder what kind of a chief they have for Wednesday nights but they need to hire a new one. The crispy honey shrimp was cold and soggy and there was no flavor to the coating on it as if they rolled it in plain flour. The Mongolian beef was so bland as if they forgot the garlic and soy sauce. The Singapore Street Noodles missed any curry flavor and just had a salty taste. The food came pretty fast as if they had it sitting around and did not make it fresh. What a disappointment for a special night out. The waitress never came by to ask how the food was and by the time I got the check I decided it was too late to complain. I probably will never go back.

Spent New Years Eve here with friends. Drinks were good and food was decent. For 190.00 feeding four people and drinking 1 martinee and 2 beers it didn’t taste wort it. The ambience is nice and the waiter was attentive, but this place is so over priced.

Came here tonight to ring in 2016 with a yummy meal. The cocktails were really good! I had an organic margarita which I requested be made spicy, and my boyfriend had the sangria and a Long Island tea. The tea was probably the best we’ve ever had. After we left the bar, we got seated… didn’t see our waiter for about 10+ minutes after we got seated. We were a little concerned, but were hopeful for the rest of the night. We ordered the edamame, vegetarian lettuce wraps and the Kung pao chicken tacos to start. The veggie wraps were delicious but very salty. My boyfriend liked his tacos but was not blown away. I’m vegetarian so I really appreciate their progressive menu with tons of options for vegetarians and vegans! I went with the Mao pao tofu with brown rice and veggie low mien, and my boyfriend started with the Korean bbq chicken. The broccoli on my dish was RAW, and my boyfriend found his dish to be too salty. They were very accommodating, and quickly apologized, and said they would bring us out new corrected dishes. My boyfriend replaced his dish with the sesame chicken. We waited about 15 more minutes for our new dishes to come out, but during that time, the lo mien got cold. The manager quickly brought us a new order of lo mien at no charge. Ultimately, I loved the tofu dish. It was crispy on the outside and silky on the inside, and the sauce had a lot of flavor. My biggest complaint is that everything was EXTREMELY salty and oily. My boyfriend really liked the sesame chicken. The veggie lo mien was by far the star of the show. We will probably come back, but I really hope they consider reducing the sodium in their dishes… its just unnecessary.

I thoroughly enjoyed my whole PF Changs experience. The food was delicious! After appetizers of Chicken Lettuce Wraps and Chili Garlic Green Beans, we had Pepper Steak, Orange Peel Chicken, Spinach with Garlic, and one other Steak dish, brown and white rice! They brought the food fast and it all tasted delicious! The service was excellent. Definitely recommend, they also have outdoor seating with heaters! The wait was 25 min, not bad. will I return? Absolutely!

Yikes. Came here on Thursday night for dinner and left feeling very disappointed. First off we came with our kids, one being in a stroller. The hostess seemed really confused with where to seat us with a stroller and even seemed annoyed. A hostess should always make the customer feel welcome, that’s part of their job. It’s a huge restaurant with lots of space, having a stroller shouldn’t be an issue and once we convinced her we could fit a table, it wasn’t an issue. My husband ordered a drink once we sat down, it took so long to make we were almost done eating dinner and ended out having to cancel the drink order. Then there’s the food. It just wasn’t very good. I got the sesame chicken and it was dry and reminded me of reheated frozen food. My vegetarian husband got the Kung pao tofu and it lacked flavor and was too salty. He ran out of water early on during dinner and it never got refilled. I’m giving this place two stars because the manager did come out and apologize, also gave us a free appetizer. If it weren’t for that I would have given this place one star.

The saving grace for any PF Chang is the lettuce wrap appetizer. They really are delicious. Great flavor, nice blend of crunch of lettuce and rice«sticks» with the soft chicken and veggies. I would not come to a PF Chang and not order it. Simple as that. Otherwise, though, the experience was fairly banal. The entrees we ordered(Cashew Chicken and Shaking Beef) were eerily sweet considering both, seemingly, based on the ingredients, seemed like they ought to have been more savory. It’s not that either item wasn’t good. They were both pretty solid, but neither was above average in almost any way. They felt like things I could have make in a skillet, though, and they ran $ 14 – 16. Not that this is an option, but I’d consider just popping in for the appetizer, then head to a local, family run Chinese restaurant for the entrees. Now that’s a perfect evening of Cantonese cuisine! The wait staff was extremely helpful, so they get high marks, as well.

Disclaimer: My mother-in-law cooks REAL chinese food. That being said, maybe I’m just being picky, maybe I’m just being elitist, but this food was a bit overpriced for what it was. I view these as types of restaurants as a different non-chinese restaurant. oh sure, they’ve got fancy ambiance, and polite servers that speak English, an «A» health rating on the door, and staff that actually wash their hands. with soap. but they lack a little je né sais quoi that the hole-in-the-walls lack. other than that, their dishes are creative and pretty tasty. A good date night spot to grab some grub with the wife before headed out to the movies next door. Reco’nize.

This is not authentic Chinese food, but it is still pretty good in my opinion. I had the salt and pepper fried shrimp,(see picture). I was deciding between that shrimp, and the other shrimp dish with orange sauce. The waitress recommended that I get the pepper shrimp(because they were larger sized shrimps) and use the sauce from the other shrimp dish. Great idea! And we weren’t even charged extra. My husband is vegan and doesn’t like to eat oily fried foods, so he had a steamed veggie dish with the sauce on the side. They had no problem accommodating on how he wanted things cooked and served.(Some places we have had to walk out on because there is literally nothing on the menu that he can eat, and they refuse to modify anything). The food was pretty good, but the veggies weren’t that exciting and a bit overpriced in our opinion. I liked the shrimp with the orange sauce, but it wasn’t good enough that I would rush back again and order that same thing. The atmosphere and the service was GREAT. It was a great place for us to celebrate a small anniversary.

Had a bad experience with PF Changs on Rosecrans. Call in order. 20 minute delay for me. Five People in front of me all had issues with wrong orders. After 20 minute delay, my order was still incomplete. Had to wait even longer. Was on a time line. Had to go to the airport to pick up family. They ultimately took a cab. Cost them the cab fees. This cost PF Changs my future business. Poorly managed business in this location. Too bad. Other locations very well managed.

Basic PF changs ive noticed if you order the basics you will be disappointed for example last time i came i had the Kung Pao shrimp it was dry and soggy this visit i made sure to say make sure it was crispy and may i have a extra side of kung pao sauce on the side simple problem fixed i shouldnt have to say that but i did. The spicy green beans are a favorite as well as the great wall of china cake hehe. Drinks could be a little better but that comes with whose behind the bar my personal favorite is Brandon and if im at a table and not bar im not afraid to ask if hes in the bar and if he can make my drink. Other than that staff is friendly place always looks amazing just little things to be fixed that could make this into a 5 star joint

I am really glad that this was a company paid lunch. The food that was served were way under par of what i thought should have been better than your local panda express. I was terribly wrong. I would say that panda express is leagues above P.F. Chang’s in taste. Quality of food is probably even better at a panda express As someone who loves eating chinese food, i just could not bare to eat food that is overtly salty. I drank at least 4 full cups of water to wash down their salt infested dishes. Their sweet and sour soup was just sour and salty. Most of the dishes i had were just so salty that i had to wait a few minutes in between each bite in order to even begin to tolerate the food. Before we even entered the restaurant, there was a sign outside that boldly proclaimed: «Reduced fat and Sodium». Also the wait time on food was very long. my bosses had gotten to the restaurant 20 minutes ahead and ordered food and when the rest of us had gotten there it was another 20 minutes and we sat and waited for another 10 minutes. The only saving grace they had was their ice cream and service, hence the two stars instead of one. The waitress was very attentive and kept checking up on us to make sure we were properly served. If i were paying, i would directly give her cash and not leave any other tip. If you care about your health, do not come here cause all you’ll just get disappointed and super high blood pressure.

This is your basic PF Chang’s chain. My husband and I had a last minute date night so we were unable to make reservations anywhere else. PF Chang’s doesn’t take reservations, but will let you call in and put your name on their waiting list if you are close by — that saved us about 15 minutes. They give you a little pager and you can roam about. This PF Chang’s is located in a kind of small mall with the ArcLights Cinema right across and a few other establishments in the same block. There’s free indoor parking right across the street. The restaurant itself is large and dimly lit. The food is very standard«American-style Chinese food.» We noticed that PF Chang’s is trying to expand a little into other Asian foods as it was offering more sushi items and Thai-style food as well. My husband and I shared the chicken satay with peanut sauce that also came with lettuce cups. We also shared the vegetarian spring rolls and for the entrée shared the Mongolian beef to which we added broccoli. Everything was tasty, if a little salty. The food came very quick, our waiter was extremely nice and accommodating to our request to speed things up as we were trying to make a movie next door. Overall it’s a solid decent place — I think in the future we will use it more for at-home date nights and order pick up from here as it is very close to us.

We came here for an early dinner after meeting friends in the area. Nice little shopping area with good parking. We were seated quickly by a very friendly hostess. Fast service and wifey ordered the Ginger Chicken and Broccoli and I went for the Chilean Sea Bass on a bed of Spinach. We shared the Chicken wraps. Tasty. Her Chicken was great. My Sea Bass was also great and I loved every bite. Nice place and I would recommend.

Went here for a spur of the moment Saturday lunch. The had just opened. The food and service were excellent! Tried some different stuff this time and all was great! Not sure I can remember names, sorry! Either way, great visit. Parking can be tough if busy here. Especially since it is next to movie theater and there is a parking structure across the street…”

I gotta say – I’m picky about my Chinese food just because I love it so much, but PF Changs never disappoints. Not only are the servers extremely nice and attentive, but the service is extremely quick! We roll with a big crew of big eaters, so our norm is 11 – 13 entrees to share family style. The portions are a little on the smaller side, so that’s why we order more – but it gives you the opportunity to try some of the other delicious entrees. What’s most impressive besides the amazing taste and presentation of the food is how QUICKLY that amount of food gets to the table. As crowded as it was on a weekend in the South Bay, we only waited about 15 minutes for all those entrees! Some of our favorites are the veggie egg roll appetizer, the Chang’s chicken entrée, and the shrimp fried rice. Overall the atmosphere, great service, and great tasting food makes this place a front runner for weekend get togethers and celebrations!

I remember… it being better, course it has probably been 10 years since I’ve been to a PF Changs. Could it be that they have gone down hill, or am I just a better cook and understand flavors better — the world may never know. Found a recipe for lettuce wraps & made them. They were rather bland, so the next night we went here for the original ones we were trying to copy. These were bland too. They required 1 of the 3 sauces that were on the side. So, maybe it was the correct recipe after all. The spring rolls lacked excitement, edamame was ok, California roll was pretty good. Also, ordered some ribs. They were advertised as, «Slow-braised and dry rubbed with Chang’s five-spice seasoning.» What that means in the PF Chang world is they were boiled. Freaking BOILED. You don’t boil prime rib or rib-eyes do you? So, don’t boil pork ribs either! They were over cooked(boiled), all the flavor was left in the water, then they tossed them in Chinese five spice, just like they were wings, and then they stacked 4 whole, dried, life-less, ribs on a platter, suited for 20. Yep, I’m gonna rush back for more — NOT. Service was with a smile, but you had to wave her down, to get that. I could be wrong, but I just really remember it being better…
