The worse. Don’t get scammed!
They’ll try selling you stuff you don’t need.
If you purchase your label online and just want to drop off and get a receipt, they won’t consider you and they’ll take care of photocopies etc before you. Unless you buy some packaging material. They don’t give a damn about the environment and they tell you not to reuse packages and buy new ones. Incompetent and aggressive staff. Today they refuse to ship a package because of the recycled box. I went to another location and shipped it no problem.
This location is an embarrassment for FedEx, they have to change the staff. File complaints with GedEx through the phone and let them know.

Shipped out a package. Had to wait for a while until one the two workers noticed me in the empty store. After getting all my info he messed up and had to start over again. He was a nice guy though, apologetic, and helped me out with choosing right package.

This location is pretty good. I came here in the morning this week to send off a package for work and was able to be helped immediately. The man behind the counter was very nice and was prompt. Location was clean and well-​organized. I would definitely come here again if I had to for work.

About the only thing I do here is drop off pre-​paid packages, the staff is friendly and the location is convenient, however with the recent addition of In-​N-​Out the parking lot is always full and if you have more than one small box you may end up trekking across the whole parking lot. Do use this location as much as I used to only due to the parking situation.

Nice clean location friendly staff but prices for printing seem to be pretty high would definitely come back if needed to.

We’ve been waiting here for 15 minutes and theres only one guy working behind the desk. Not once did he check on us or apologize for the wait! He’s taking forever to help this lady with her documents too. Theres another employee here «working» but he won’t make eye contact with us.
Understaffed! No customer support!

Feel sorry for the girl that was working there she was trying her best. Only 1 person in staff and she is supposed to operate fedex shipping and the printing department. Waited 15 minutes just to be able to ask a question… and they we not able to help me… slightly annoyed

These guys were great, super helpful and great customer service. I came in on a Sunday not knowing if I could get what I needed so I was a bit worried. The lady at the counter showed me all the different kinds of papers I could use for my purchase. I had to make 100 funeral memorial programs. I wasn’t sure if I wanted black and white or color or what kind of paper to print it on. I’m so glad I chose this location because the employees were so helpful at such a stressful time in my life. While I was deciding what to order, the lady went to help another customer and gave that customer great service as well. Another employee came out and helped me out. He printed out the programs in both color and b&w, I got to choose the one that looked the best (color) and the paper that suited my needs. For 100 memorial programs I paid about $ 125, money well spent. Also, I had no idea how I was going to put all my pics and bible verses on the memorial, all I had was a rough draft email and the guy just put it together for me. I will defenitely be bringing all of my office needs here.

I am so happy I went here. I was in nervous mode yesterday because I was going to propose to my partner. I went here to print pictures for a book and make a large sign for «the» day. There were several people to help. The first person was quick, but it was the second person I have to commend.
Brendi, made everything happen within minutes!!! It would have took me hours to do what she did in minutes. She went out of her to find fonts for my signs and she printed pictures on better paper then the first person had done. This is the second time we have had success with Brendi. She did an amazing job for a rush print for an ad company and had great customer service skills.
THIS PLACE NEEDS TO GIVE HER A RAISE. ITS WHY I KEEP COMING HERE! Brendi is an amazing asset!!!

I was charged over $ 100 for an overnight delivery. They gave me a hard time about packing and originally quoted an even higher number (guess they didn’t want to do it at all). Called this morning and the package never left. I am getting a refund, but that doesn’t help the recipient in any way.

Always out of FedEx supplies and when you ask for some for your business they make a big deal in handing you shipping supplies.

good lord, these people need more staff members. I sent something to print and paid for it in advance, but still spent 40 mins in the lobby (on 4 separate stop ins) trying to pick something up from them today.
the first time, the woman working (the ONLY person working) was helping two women at the counter. I waited 10 mins for some sort of acknowledgment, then gave up and left figuring I’d come back later when the employee was free. (I had my twin 4 years old with me, and 10 mins is about all of the waiting they could handle)
when I came back, the same employee was in the back of the store working at a copy machine. again, I waited 10 mins for some help, gave up and decided to run an errand and come back.
the next time, I stopped in, she was at a copier in the back again. too far away to ask for help. 10 more mins wasted.
finally, on my 4^th stop in (minus the kids). she was at a computer near the front helping a man do enlarging or something. after 5 mins or so of waiting with no acknowledgment, I walked over and interrupted them (the customer thank god, was super sweet and accepted my apologies readily).
when I explained that this was my 4^th attempt to pick up my print out, she went to get it for me, but it’s insane that
1. I had to stop in 4 times
and
2. the only reason I finally got help was because I interrupted some poor guy
if you’re picking up an item you’ve already paid for, shouldn’t you be able to just go to an area, find your name and grab it?
or if you’re going to make us wait to ask someone, for the love of god, have more than one person working. begging for service doesn’t make for happy customers.

I have been to this store a few times trying to print poster or a large photograph (18×24), each time they tell me to go to Self Serve or they don’t have the capability or ‘don’t do” what I need. Luckily there is an old fashioned Photo printing store in the same plaza that has helped me out.
My experience today tops it all:
I went in with a flash drive to print an art work onto a poster. They claim they do poster. so this guy started to help me. My first question is, based on the image on the flash drive, can you tell me what size poster it will be support? «I wouldn’t know. You have to tell me a size you want and I can do a test print and go from there».
fine. how about 16×24 like the sample above you?
‘would you like to go to the self help station and print it on 8×10 on a nice photo paper?”
«not exactly, I am hoping to go bigger with this art work and give it as a gift poster»
‘let me print 11×17 as a test’
«great.»
10 minutes later, he clearly had trouble with the printer and said sorry a couple times. I offered to come back a couple times as well so he can focus on printing it. nope. he wants to show me the print.
so i finally got to see the sample. it’s a bit pixelated at the edge so that’s a good size to go, so i said, 11×17 is a good size, what paper do you have?” I was shown only 2 options. one is matte, one is slightly glossy. I said let’s go with glossy.
so the struggle is back on with printer not working properly. again, I was waiting since he kept saying it’s almost done, and yes, i offered yet again to come back.
so he brought the paperwork for me to sign off to quality this as a ‘job’. he wants me to sign and date where it says ‘I approve the proof and quality… etc” so i said, but i wont’ see the proof till later when you present me the final??? so he grabbed the paper work from me and ripped it up. and then he went to the printer, retrieved the test print, tossed it on the counter, said, here, you are all set!
i am? and he started to work on something else. so i was looking at him confused. he saw me, said, you are ALL SET, GO and waved at me like i was a fly. and under his breath, he murmured ‘it’s such a hassle’.
LOLOLOL! I was in disbelieve. this is too comical! the guy was so incompetent no wonder he works there, with attitude to boot!!!

Its pretty basic how you evaluate a shipping company. Does it ship your package? Does it lose it? Does the package arrive on time? It becomes more than a simple inconvenience and starts to be a major problem when your shipping for a company. So here’s the story: Had to ship something Friday and have it arrive on Monday. Turns out they had an issue with it, so it did not ship until I called on Monday after being yelled at by my boss. Apparently it was just a simple mistake on their end that they were able to fix while I was on the Phone with them. That tells me that whoever did it originally was too lazy/​incompetent to get it right the first time.
Very simple means of Evaluation:
–Did my package arrive on time?
Answer: No
Conclusion: Don’t go here, there’s a Fedex center just down Imperial less than a mile away. Go there instead.

I came into FedEx today to get something duplex printed. I was told to use the self help printers because the staff was very busy. I went to use the printer and Brendi came right over to help me. She showed me what I needed to do, and when my pin drive wasn’t working she told me she would print my order for me. Not only did she help me print, she fixed a mistake I made in a matter of seconds. It would have taken me at least 10 minutes to fix the problem myself. Brendi saved the day, and she has the best customer service.
I work at an ad agency and she would be an incredible addition to any studio. I think she needs to leave Fedex and work in our agency as a production artist.

I purchased a piece of sports equipment from an online retailer that was too large so I had to return it. This FedEx Office location is close to me so I decided to go here. I had the item in its original packaging and in the original box which the retailer shipped to me (via FedEx). Apparently this store doesn’t like you bringing things that are already packaged and sealed as they want to upsell their pack-​and-​ship service.
I was informed that my package didn’t have enough padding inside of it to isolate the contents. My item filled the box entirely and was not shaking around, and the top of the box wasn’t sagging or flimsy. The guy at the counter opened my box and explained that the 1″ of space between the item and the top of the box had to be filled, and for an extra $ 3.99 he’d happily fill it with foam peanuts. Keep in mind this package was packed exactly the same way the retailer had done when they sent it to me originally.
I took it to a competitor’s shipping store on Main Street in El Segundo where they laughed, taped the box back up, and happily accepted my shipment with no extra packing charges.

I have been coming to this FedEx Kinko’s for years.
If you need to get items laminated, print something out on the computer or mail off a package using FedEx this is the spot. For me this spot is in the direction I normally travel so it is always an easy stop & go. I have used this location to mail some very important documents overnight and they made it to their point of destination on time. I have used this location to make a laminated book for work and the job was super professional. I even came in here once and got asked to do an in store survey of answering a couple of questions and got paid $ 10 dollars for doing so.
The staff is always friendly & helpful. This location never seems to be really packed with people with always nice cause I can’t stand crowds when I am trying to get things done in a hurry. I have been coming here for years but with the new age of the Iphone your need to swing by here get less & less as technology speeds up.
The parking is a nightmare. If you arrive at this location around lunchtime be prepared for horrible drivers. This lot is also shared by a Sizzler, El Pollo Loco, Goodwill donation store and several other strip mall related stores.

As soon as I walk in I was greeted by an employee behind the desk. There was also a manger on hand in case I had any problems.
Everyone there helped me and everything went without a hitch even though I knew I felt something might go wrong.
The only problem is the parking lot. DO NOT show up during lunch times seeing as how all these business jerks congregate here because all the food places in this plaza.

Its a convenient location to drop off my packages. Haven’t used it for anything else. Everyone has always been polite and prompt with service.
In college I used to live or die by the late night printing of 24hr kinkos and its good to see this is still available.

That is why I like FedexKinko’s … my PA.
I went to my Personal Assistant last week.
I had to print a few color pics of cheetahs;
my son had to do a 1^st grade presentation.
I saw my Personal Assistant today too b/​c
I had to print, sign, scan, email document.
There is never a line to wait at this Kinko.
I rarely pay more than $ 5 for my service.
