The customer service was great! Brittany was very nice and informative. It was my first time at this location, so I received complimentary full package. Because of the friendly people, I will be back because of this positive experience.

I will never go here again. My haircut was very uneven and looked blotchy. I had to go home and fix it my self, at this point I had to cut it far shorter than I ever wanted just to even it out. The fade was very choppy and again I had to buzz it my self in hopes of brining it back.
The reason this is two stars rather than one is because the barber could see the hair was very poorly cut and he said I could come back in a couple weeks to get it cut again for free to fix the lob sided parts. This was a very nice gesture but I didn’t want to trust this place with my hair again.

The MVP service is great. The shampoo with head massage is awesome and great to be able to get a cut and go back to work

Went in last minute on a Saturday. And was blown away with the great service and warm welcomes from the staff and even was greeted by the owner who came in.

At Sports Clips, they mostly cut men’s hair, but they told me they can cut women’s hair too if it’s a simple cut. Since I had a coupon for a free haircut as a new client and just wanted my hair to be cut shorter, I decided to go.
One minor negative point is that after the hair stylist was done cutting my hair, she didn’t confirm if I was fine with my haircut. I was happy with it, but generally I prefer hair dressers to make sure at the end.
The rest of my experience was very positive because my hair dresser treated me nicely. I went to Sports Clips on a weekday. It’s nice that there’s a TV in the waiting area with a sport game on. I waited around a half hour, which isn’t too bad. The person cutting my hair was friendly and cut my hair expertly. She shampooed my hair first before cutting it because I’m a woman (usually they cut first then shampoo for men). While shampooing, she was attentive to the water temperature and made sure the water was never too hot. The chair also vibrates, which is fancy. Afterwards, she cut my hair and then gave me a shoulder massage via a massager.
When everything was done, she processed my coupon (without it, my haircut cost $ 20) and gave me return visit coupons. First return visit is $ 5 off, second return visit is ~$ 3 off, and so on.
Overall, I like that they offer the shampooing, the shoulder massage, and the return visit coupons. I’m not sure if the shampooing and shoulder massage would cost extra normally or if they are usually included in a haircut. The best part was my hair stylist seemed to genuinely care about me and other clients and our haircuts.

This is the worst store if your on the wait list they kick you out. Never ever going to to this store again wasted 30 min waiting to not get a hair cut. Terrible customer service other reviews must be fake

Wow, I’m super impressed with this place! I’m usually just a quick and easy haircut guy but I really appreciate the old fashioned care they take in the entire process. I got the MVP treatment and I must say I’m DEFINITELY coming back for that. Inclusive to the haircut I got a beard trim, shampoo with head rub, hot towel, an old fashioned straight edge razor clean up on neck and face and even a back rub. All this while sitting in a sport themed salon. TV screens, lockers, sports memorabilia, etc. My stylist was Sean. Besides being very knowledgable and experienced in this profession, he’s a cool guy to talk to and when spending 20 minutes or so during the process it always helps. Perfect 10 for this place!

Excellent service and great haircut! Their store is super clean and I got a great hair cut for 20 bucks! Recommend for everyone!

Quite honestly, I don’t remember what I did before going to Sport Clips. Oh wait, I remember… I was shaving my own head but that gets old after a while.
As a kid, there was Supercuts or mom with her pair of scissors. Now, there is the saving grace of Sport Clips. Personally, I prefer when they’re playing the World Poker Tour on the site, but it’s a great atmosphere all the time.
The best deal is the Season Pass (or Season Ticket) which allows you to pay for 6 MVP cuts in advance for the price of a regular cut. That’s the only way I do things now. Plus, their computer system remember who cut my hair, and if that person is diligent, there will be notes on how my hair was cut the last time.
My genetics left me with a terrible metabolism, the threat of diabetes, and eyes shaped like eggs. But… my hairline has been the same since I was born, and my locks just as full, so you’re damn right I’m going to take care of this head of hair.

The employees are consistent at giving good haircuts. I think the training sounds like it keeps the employees current and up to speed on their craft.

I’m not a haircut guy. In fact, I used to just shave my head in the garage and call it a day. So, imagine my surprise when I found myself looking forward to returning to Sport Clips for an «MVP» haircut experience. Maybe it’s the fact that I so rarely do anything to pamper myself or the fact that a haircut could briefly sweep me away to a happy place on my lunch hour… I really can’t tell.
What I can say is that this is a great place for a guy to get a haircut in a manly sports-​themed spot. If you work in El Segundo, do yourself a a favor and get your hair cut here!
Pro-​Tip: take advantage of the morning hours discount offers and get yourself upgraded to that MVP experience (cut, shampoo, hot face towel, back massage)

I got a haircut with Lauren. There was a small wait of about 10 – 15 minutes, but she honestly sucked. I specifically gave her a picture of what I wanted my hair to look like and she completely messed up. ALSO, she laughed at my Jedi braid that I have. She was very nice but she gave me about two back handed compliments, (in other words, very nicely rude insults), and my hair is honestly terrible. The price does not feel like $ 19 and it’s too over priced. I’m trying this new thing with finding a perfect barber but this place is NOT where you want to go. HORRIBLE.

Sometimes there is a wait but this place is great! Would be ideal if you could call in to make sure you wanted to head down for a cut. Just add a call-​in name to the list… Would gain more of my business that way. Thanks!
PS– they buzzed my hair with the clippers this last time and many hairs didn’t get cut… I noticed later that day that one could see all these wild hairs. Please take note Sport Clips. It may have been a new stylist?

I had an international flight out of LAX in the afternoon, so I decided to get my haircut before leaving the country. This place was located relatively close to my hotel, so I grabbed an Über and headed over here. I wasn’t expecting much and I normally get a pretty simple hair cut, but this place was very friendly. They gave me a free upgrade to the MVP package which included a haircut, shampoo/​conditioner while in a massage chair, a hot towel, and then a shoulder massage. I just came in for a quick cut, but this was definitely welcomed.

I got a coupon in the mail to get a free cut. I usually don’t like to get something for nothing but decided to try it as I was looking for a closer stylist since I moved here.
Irene has cut my hair 3 times now. She’s great!

I just got my haircut and this what it looks like after taking a shower and letting it dry. I’ve been here at least 4 – 5 times and I’ve been just OK with the results, never satisfied. I tried to give them one more chance this evening and this is the freaking cut I get! I’ve never been so mad on a haircut until now. How can I style this hideous cut?!? They better fix this crap tomorrow. I guess this is what a $ 15 haircut gets you!
I’m NEVER going back to this place.
