BMC is great we bring both of our cars to Will any time we have a problem and he has always been nothing but honest and professional regardless of whether I bring the car unit my wife does.
I would and have recommended BMC and Will for all you automotive needs.

Avoid at all costs especially if you are female. Left my car at BMC with instructions to give me an estimate on any needed repairs. Initially I was told $ 1,000 but when I picked up my vehicle the estimate had jumped to $ 2,000. When I returned to have two repairs performed (one catalytic converter and radiator replaced) the estimate increased another $ 1,000. I told Wil not to perform any repairs, that I was just going to come get my car. At that point I found out he had removed two catalytic converters without my authorization and sold them to his parts supplier. It then took him two weeks to finally return my car to me. One catalytic converter he removed did not need to be replaced when I put my car in his shop. He replaced my good part with a bad part and has left me with a $ 900 repair which he refuses to do anything about.
I filed a complaint with the California Bureau of Automotive Repair. They determined he did not have authorization to remove either of my catalytic converters yet Wil and BMC Automotive Services still refuse to do the right thing and undo the damage they did to my car. I now have to sue BMC Automotive Services to get the money they owe me.
Their behavior is outrageous and just reinforces stereotypes of car repair shops. I can recommend The Auto Shop on Standard Street in El Segundo. Mark is honest and always does a great job. I repeat, AVOID THIS SHOP… OWNER IS NOT ETHICAL.

I take my car to Will every time it needs service. Him and his mechanics are wonderful. They are very knowledgeable and always make feel comfortable knowing I won’t be ripped off. Been taking my car to Will for the past 12 years and never been happier taking my car to a mechanic.

This is a great place to have maintenance work done, I would take my car hare before ever going to a dealer, I would rather pay more for a job well done then a cheap price and have problems latter. Very knowledgeable staff and friendly
