Very fast service. In and out within a day. Also, extremely fair pricing and the mechanic was honest and straightforward. I would definitely go back if I needed other work done.

I was hearing a strange squeak coming from the front of my car for a week or two. Nothing seemed wrong as I was driving, but the sound was unbearable. Lots of loud squeaking, inconsistent with the speed of the car and omnipresent. I could even hear it with the radio on.
After attempting to diagnose the problem myself, I finally relented and took it to a shop. I spoke with Craig and described the sound and he said he’d call and tell me what they learned.
They were very quick about getting back to me — heard back a day or two later even though the shop was busy. HOWEVER, they told me that they couldn’t find the problem and that it must be something inside the dash. I was assured it was safe, just annoying.
Two days later the squeaking was getting worse… pulled over and had my bf help me look around… and low and behold my right strut mount was completely broken. That was the culprit of the squeaking all along! My right wheel appeared to have a slight camber and when we finally replaced the mount, it broke right into two pieces.
How this was not diagnosed by a professional mechanic is beyond me. Never again.

Steps to ruining your business:
1. Almost never have any availability, because a mechanic called in sick or some other lame excuse.
2. When you finally have availability and tell a customer to come in for service, stay on the phone endlessly, while your customer is standing there staring at you, until he decides that dealing with you is not worth the hassle and leaves.
Such a shame because he has good mechanics with reasonable prices… I know I’ll be paying more, but I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I found this place on Google and boy was I glad. There were a few shops nearby, but thought I give this place a try. The reason being was after I spoke to Craig on the phone he already knew what was my problem. The service was great, they dropped me off at work after I took my car in for service. Very honest auto shop even broke down the price so I knew exactly what I was paying for. These guys been around since the 80s I think. Hopefully I won’t need to be back but if I do I’ll be coming here.

I can’t believe this place is getting great reviews. About 3 years ago I went here when I was young and naïve to get my window and door fixed on my beat up Honda Accord. I dropped it off in the morning and they called me later the next day to tell me it was ready. I thought they had actually done work considering it took a day and a half. To my surprise, I show up to find my car worse then before, the door panel completely off and a bill of 360 bucks! They told me to go to this one junk yard way over on Alameda street in LA somewhere to find all the pieces I needed and how to fix the door and the electrical problem with the windows. Like an idiot I paid them because i thought I pretty much had to. My friend ended up taking 45 minutes fixing everything just for 40 bucks AND he already had the pieces. I’ve been to many shops and this is by far the worst one.

Best shop in LA! Family run and nobody seems to work on commissions… so they never try to upsell you with useless services. They are also great with their free estimates and are usually pretty quick to fix my car.

Had my Audi serviced here. Really good service, pricing is really good considering what you’re getting for it. This is my go to place for all automotive needs. I hate when people push things you don’t need when it comes to car repair, and these guys are not it. You’ll get honest and fairly priced service, on top of their friendly attitude.
