Ordered online for«quick» pickup. Took 40 minutes after the 20 minute pickup time. Place was not busy at all. Only me waiting, and probably more crew than customers.

Today was the second and final time I walk out of this place. Ordered at 8:15 pm turned 9:05 pm and still no wings. Same thing happened the first time. The employees were fooling around instead of working. We get up to get a refund and another family next to us also got up to get a refund too because they had waited and hour and 20 minutes. Ridicoulus!!! We always drive all the way to the one by UTEP, that wingstop has real customer service and great tasting wings.

Hadn’t been since the before the location changed from Resler. Went in for the first time to this new location, ordered to go, and waited 30+ minutes. In the time we were waiting, people came in after us, ordered, waited, ate, and were on their way out when we barely got our food. They weren’t the only ones then came after us, ordered, waited and were gone while we waited and waited. Then I get home to find that mine, which were half Louisiana Rub and half Garlic Parmesan hardly had any seasoning. I might as well have ordered plain wings because that is what they tasted like. Disgusting. I wish I had known I was required to order sides of the sauces and sauce them myself at home. I would have ordinarily gone back, but the new location is just too far of a drive for me to even bother. I don’t know if it’s the new location or employees or what, but it’s not the same. What a waste.

When it was on Redd Rd it was better. Gone here 3 times now and each time been treated to a nice mediocre experience. Took 35 minutes to get my order out and when they did arrive the wings were completely wrong(wrong flavor and they weren’t even boneless!). Some were searing hot and a few were randomly cold in the middle? None of the fountain drinks worked and they were out of lids. Get your sh*t together Wing Stop, not coming back… especially since for some reason you decided to put it in the middle of nowhere. Not worth going out of the way for…

I visited in the past(when it was located on Resler) and it was pretty good — like 4 stars. We ordered from there today and I can only give it two stars. So, I will average my ratings and give three stars. First, we ordered using the online system. The system is great in that it allows you to articulate what preferences you have, like whether you want things well-done, whether you want flats or drummies, etc. The system indicated that our order would be ready at 5:29PM. So, we go and pick them up and we were told that they didn’t have flats(although the online system did not indicate this when we placed our order). To their credit, they were thoughtful and offered to give us a few more wings because of that. We got home and noticed that there was virtually no seasoning on the wings, but to our surprise there were flats — underdone flats, but flats nonetheless.(We ended up frying them again.) The drums were cooked to well-done as requested, but they had little to no Louisiana Rub. The fries were just average. So, based on this experience I won’t be going back. I will say, however, it was game day so perhaps they struggled to handle the volume they were experiencing. I’m hoping that those who choose to go after reading this review have a better experience than we did. To me it was a waste of money.

I work in the industry & would normally just keep to myself rather than leave a negative comment but after my experience here, I feel overwhelmingly compelled to say that after I was so excited to hear that a Wing Stop was opening up so close to my house, it sucks! 45 minute wait for a greasy pile of… I could understand if they were crazy busy but no, just two small tables & my girlfriend and I. C’mon man!!!

Wingstop has good potential, but regularly misses the boat on quality control. This new location is clean and spacious with good TVs, however as soon as you get to the counter it goes downhill. Completely untrained in any method of customer service, the cashiers would be more effective replaced by a touchscreen self-ordering system. Machines may actually be friendlier than the service ive had 4 visits I’ve made. What is the deal with paper towels at Wingstop? There is one single roll of paper towels for the entire restaurant, inconveniently located by the busy soda machine. You serve messy wings people, why do you hate your customers so much? You can’t provide adequate napkins or even a roll of paper towels per table? Worst are the fries. Fresh cut potatoes undercooked so you have a pile of greasy mess instead of crispy French fries. Every time the fries are undercooked. You only cook two things WingStop. Two things. Try and get better than 50%, OK? With and untrained and uncaring staff and half the menu garbage, it it even worth mentioning the wings?

Delicious wings, fresh cut fries & cold beer! One of my favorite places for wings:) They have several locations across El Paso.

My boyfriend is the type of guy who has to have wings weekly. This location recently opened up near us and we had to go. He got a 10 piece and didn’t even finish them. We will definitely not be coming back.

Maybe it’s because we went there pretty late.10.30 pm but the wings were disappointing.. tasted like they had been fried in day old grease. The potential is certainly there so maybe go early when the oil is still fresh :-)
