I was very displeased with Twin Peaks I asked the hostess is we could sit outside and her response was due to the way THEY were dressed they could not seat us outside. That’s not something you tell a paying customer. This hostess completely caught me off guard with her reply. I will never eat there again

My party of four placed an order and everyone else’s food arrived and the manager or assistant manager arrives to tell me that what I ordered wasn’t available. So everyone is eating and she offers to start something else for me. I passed on ordering anything. When they realized they didn’t have it they should have come and told me. This was inconsiderate and unprofessional. She returned again to ask if I wanted something when everyone else at my table was pretty much done eating. If I could give negative stars I would. This was stupid and I will never set foot in this establishment. She again showed up and tried giving me her damn business card should I ever want to order anything, please. Save your cards for someone who is local and you can give better service. Screw this place.

Our waitress was nice, the food great, we had fried pickles and brunch. The food came out extremely fast. The only caveat we had was when we walked in the people at the register didn’t seem too friendly this morning.

Our waitress was so completely inept and the food was decent. I will never go back to twin peaks — worst restaurant experience I have ever had.

Twin peaks is a cool place to catch a sports game. One thing that bothers me is that the menu can be put on a post it note. There’s hardly anything. And I’m getting tired of always having the same things. Also the girls aren’t as pretty as you’d think and they are sort of unintelligent. But it’s not a terrible place and somehow I find myself becoming a regular here.

Went there to watch the Raiders game. Good was good. The queso is bomb and it’s half off during happy hour .If you get the calendar you always get a goodie every month. Make sure to sign up for their email club so you can get a freebie on your birthday .My favorite twin peaks is actually in Frisco close to Dallas. But this one is better then the one in Houston. Just grateful to have one on the westside so I can watch the games.

Really should be 3.5 stars. I am not a chain fan, buy local or stay home. However, I was with a group of people that wanted to try this place. It is what it is, girls in skimpy outfits, lots of cleavage, TVs everywhere, ice cold draft beer… it’s been done. Hooters, Tilted Kilt, you know the crowd. What surprised me was the quality of the food. I had the chicken fried chicken. White meat breast pounded flat(flat breast… irony noted) fried in a very light batter. It was juicy, moist, and very tasty. The cream gravy with a hint of green chili was perfect and only added to the goodness. Even better though were the sides. The green beans were fresh and crisp. Yes FRESH. They are sautéed with roasted corn, bacon, and tomato… damn good. The mashed potatoes were incredible. Creamy with chunks of potato and just the right amount of butter and salt. Our server was friendly and attentive. Not a Place I would have tried on my own but I’m glad I did. I went in expecting the worst and came out with a pleasant experience.

Not great. Food’s not that good, we got 3 dirty glasses on draft beer tall glasses and a regular glass with water. Service is okay, they pass by and ask you plenty even though they kept forgetting for things we asked for. They don’t even have all the NFL games, wow.

The venue setup itself had me pretty impressed, personalized tvs for each seated booth, happy hour was really cheap including appetizers. Got the dill pickles but it was more aimed towards quantity over quality. The fish tacos were very good though, even with the kitchen messing up the side order bringing nachos instead of fries. Overall okay experience.

Meh. That’s about all I can come up with. The servers were all over the place, and were obviously not as friendly to our table of girls as they were to the«dudes.» It took them ages to get our drinks ordered, and even longer to get them. A friend asked for a shot of whiskey and a water… she brought back a shot of whiskey dumped in a water glass. Was this some sick joke? Or was she really that stup… I’ll stop. The food was nothing special. The overall experience was nothing special. If I’m going to eat somewhere simply to enjoy the waiters, I’ll go to IHOP next time. At least they’re entertaining.

Great location and HD TVs galore. The girls were really great looking but my waitress seemed to think cleavage is a substitute for bad service. No promotion of menu items nor an endorsement of my order. Waited too long to get my order in. Not very friendly and it was apparent she didnt want to be here. Score 0 — 0. What I gained in atmosphere and good food was lost in marginal service. Good luck with this place! A very soft 2 stars if any.

The food here is really good. You can’t go wrong with a Hangover Burger and fried pickles. The girls have always been very nice but it seems like they’re still working the kinks out. I usually don’t get to the bottom of my beer before I’m asked if I want another, usually. It’s definitely a fun place to hang out or watch the game. The location is good and the parking is adequate, be warned you may have to park in the back aka not the parking lot, during peak hours. Overall good food good scenery, what’s not to like?

Staff was very unfriendly today. Waitresses need to Learn to smile and pay attention to the customer. Had to ask multiple times for food and drinks. It seems like there are too many servers on the floor and no one knows what is going on. probably the worst service I’ve ever received from a restaurant. Took 30 minutes to get a drink. Wrong drink orders were coming to our table. No matter how many times we said something about the service the waitress said«oh» and just smiled and walked away.

Ate here twice, first week it opened, was a packed house, very pretty ladies, but some girls looked like they just turned the big 18, and still have the baby fat on them. Not trying to sound creepish, but a restaurant that prides its self on the main attraction there ladies, not all were top notch, some did have some chub, other than that, its a really nice place. I ordered the hangover burger, it was good, the only issue I had was the paddy size was like thin as a white castle burgers paddy you buy at Sams club. Maybe they were very low on beef so they decided to give people white castle sized burgers, which is ok, I was drinking my beer and it was good. Overall pretty good, more of a place Id drink beer and order wings and watch sports games.

1st time was OK, but the young lady that waited on us was not the most intelligent girl. The 2nd time I went in was for a quick beer, sat at the bar, I order one and got a check before I got the beer. WTH. Then I give her a twenty dollar bill, the beer cost 4.50, she gives me 5 ones, and 2 fives. Where is my .50 cents, I ask she says they do not give change back. I told her to keep the .50 cents instead of the 2 dollar tip that I would have usually give. Then I left. Never to return. There are better bars out there.

Bars about ¾ full… plenty of empty tables… it’s Tuesday, what do you expect. What you don’t expect is to sit at the bar for 30 minutes, have your glass of beer be dry for 10 and not have a bartender talk to you for the entire 30 minutes. No «how you doing»…not«are you ready to order»…NADA! Not what I was expecting!!! Especially on a not so busy night.

Been to several twin peaks, including the fountains one several times. You’ll never be overlooked the moment you walk thru the door. Once seated, your twin peaks girl will prob sit in the open seat at your table(Don’t look confused– they’re supposed to do that!). Most of the girls are very nice. There are a few who think they’re better than everyone else but those are few and far between. I went last night(on Easter Sunday) with my hubs and 5 year old boy at 8pm. BRINA was our waitress and I must say, what a pleasure!!!(During our other visits the girls were pretty but had marbles in their head instead of a brain) She was so pleasant from beginning to end, not overbearing her service but always with us at the right exact time. The food is amazing, we’ve never disliked anything. If you’re not in the mood for a delicious manburger, definitely get the steak salad. It is soooo yummy! A couple other family favorites which are always deliciously reliable are the chili dip as a starter, the poblano chicken sandwich! Even if you happen to get a brainless waitress, you probably won’t be disappointed. The beer is super cold, the food is great and consistent, there’s plenty of girls to flag down if yours isn’t completely awesome and TVs galore for game days! It’s perfect for my manly family, good job twin peaks!

I went in and was promptly greeted and seated. I ordered an Ice tea… then when asked if I made up my mind about lunch I placed my order. The server put my order in then asked me for a Credit Card??? I have never had this happen at any twin peaks .and I have went in and drank beer before. I told her no she could not have my credit card… I found it strange that she would ask she seemed put off? A good meal is always around the corner.

Good parking and location but the service and atmosphere are subpar. Horrible slow service and the music is so loud you cannot hear yourself think. The Eastside location is much better in regard to service and atmosphere. Hoping it will improve with training and experience.

This Twin Peaks location improves on a lot of the problems with the original location, especially parking, accessibility, and TV placement. The food, and restaurant size are about the same, which is to say good. And the girls are just as attractive, which means that the service quality could be inconsistent. I’m a big fan of watching sports events at TP because they have good food, cold beer, and tons of TVs. Though it is not a wings restaurant, their wing game is pretty strong, the green chile parmesan is my favorite, but hot and ghost pepper are also very good. The wings are good sized too, so points. The cheese bites are pretty awesome too. Speaking of pretty, the waitresses, even though they they’re flirty and bring you food, they’re not your girlfriend, and if we all realized that, the service would be better. But to be perfectly fair, my waitress was very attentive the first time I visited this location, my little rant is just a PSA for all places like this. And the parking, oh my god, the parking is gloriously large and plentiful, or maybe I’m just traumatized by the nightmares that is the fountains and ojos locos parking lots… But yeah, I found a spot right away, woo! Plus free Wi-Fi!!!
