The pretzels were ok, and I say «ok» because they were a bit chewey like you get with old reheated bread. The sauce did save them a bit, the nacho cheese sauce improved the flavor.
The service, however, was horrible. The cashier, a teenager, was condescending and rude. He clearly does not care about customers and does not care about keeping his job either. He got my order plain wrong and when the other employee corrected him the cashier responded «that’s what I heard, too bad.» I did not expect excellent service from a place like this but this guy was just rude.
Needless to say, I will not be purchasing anything here again.
