This is the last place to eat in the airport. Everything is overcooked, understaffed, and overpriced. Never had a good meal here. When the airport is busy, forget about getting fair service. Grab and go elsewhere and save yourself money and time. Last time I went there was only one open spot at the bar to sit and eat, but there were 3 – 4 open tables that needed to be bussed with food and drinks sprawled everywhere. I sat down and was thrown a menu and I mentioned I wanted to order but waitress wouldn’t even take my order then and said she was too busy and far behind. I got up and got a Quizno’s salad and saved myself the horrific experience of what was about to happen. Get some better food and more waitstaff, please…

3.5 Stars: Stopped in before my flight left for a snack and a drink. Decent wine and beer offerings, and a full bar can be found here. The menu had a lot of yummy looking offerings(bacon wrapped stuffed jalapeños, grapefruit and avocado salad), but I opted for some quick chicken quesadillas because I didn’t have much time and I knew they would be fast. They were pretty tasty, but a little on the bland side. On the upside, everything tasted fresh. Quick, friendly service added to the experience. Overpriced, but hey, it’s in an airport, so this is standard. Will definitely stop back in on my next trip through El Paso.

Decent breakfast food. Ordered the omlette with toast and avocado. I could have made it better myself but I was too lazy before leaving for the airport. Should have had breakfast at Carlos and Mickeys.

What can you say about an airport spot? Intended to keep travelers from eating their shoes on the plane, places like this give you a nice place to cop a squat and some food to fill your gut before you board your flight. I can’t say I was wowed by the breakfast scramble I ordered — pretty simple dish of bacon, scrambled eggs, toast and fruit. It was fine — nothing to write home about, but not poorly executed either.

This is the best(only?) watering hole on the B terminal side of things at the El Paso Airport and apparently duplicates some of the popular menu items from the local favorite Mesa Street Bar & Grill. It is a pretty diverse menu with items for everyone and generally not bad at all for airport food. The burgers are reasonably well made and less hockey puck like than other places in airports, sandwiches are fresh and the salads can be good if you are willing to overlook stray pieces of brown lettuce that have started creeping into the food lately. Oh and they put lettuce on nachos! Seriously! who does that? If that’s a new trend, it needs to die right away! Service can be fast to pretty dang slow to the«I see you but don’t see you». Drinks are reasonable sizes and pretty much in line with other airports around. With the right seating, you have a great view of the mountains and the always lovely desert skies, which makes this a perfect place to while away time before being crammed into the flying tubes that take you places.

Since we had a hour and half until our flight to Seattle, we decided to have lunch at the 12th Fairway. My wife and I shared a small bowl of the steak soup and a Rueben with French fries. The soup was unique. The food was good, but nothing to get exited about.

This is a breakfast must if you’re looking for someone to show you how to ruin eggs and bacon. Two stars for the view and friendly service.

12th Fairway is probably some of the better $ 15 airport I’ve had in recent days. I ordered the black bean quesadilla and a side of french fries. The quesadilla came with this great green salsa. I had to go up to the counter to ask for a server to come by our table, but otherwise the service was fine.

AMAZING! The restaurant is very bright and airy. The service is outstanding, efficient, pleasant without being really stuffy. The ice tea is a must try with 3 special sugar syrups to choose from. Starts with warm gougeres and two different amuse bouche. All the food was wonderful and the cappuccino at the end was very nice.

Better than average airport food, but I dinged them a star because they use plastic utensils even for people who are dining in – so wasteful! I recommend the grapefruit avocado salad with grilled chicken, but have them hold the weird yucky orange dressing. Beer/wine selection totally uninteresting, which is too bad since Texas has several decent craft breweries. I actually came in wanting a beer but stuck with water rather than the boring/watery brews on offer.

In spite of computer outage, they managed to keep serving, unlike other restaurants in the terminal.

We received really good service. You can seat yourself at this restaurant. We received menus right away. The food was really, really good. I got an avocado citrus salad and my dining partner got the southwest chicken salad. We were both pleased. I took off a couple stars because this place was way to expensive. Our bill was $ 35 for two salads and just waste to drink. Also, the waitress lectured us for not telling her before we ate that we wanted separate checks. She had asked before we are if we wanted separate checks. We said no, but then didn’t realize how expensive it would be, so after the mall we changed or minds. It wasn’t enough that she scolded, «Next time tell me BEFORE you order that you want a separated check,» she had to chime back to our table and repeat it. Don’t worry. We won’t bother you next time.

If I could give this place no stars I would! I waited almost an hour for my wrap and when the server gave it to me it was ice cold and he forgot the fries. I sent it back and 15 minutes later he returned with a warm dried out chicken wrap and ice cold fries! Terrible! The owner of this place should be embarassed! I don’t have high expectations for airport food but I expect my food the be hot! Jeez!!!

Food is actually ok. The problem here is the servers take forever to take your order. They are nice, just a lazy culture.

The service was ok, however most of the food is already prepared. They can’t even use real cheese for the nachos? They should step it up a bit.

From what I’ve heard, El Paso Airport has made some major upgrades in the last couple of years. One of those upgrades is the addition of Mesa Street Grill’s 12th Fairway Bar & Grill. Mesa Street Grill is known as a fine dining restaurant, which the 12th Fairway is definitely not. But sometimes you have to settle when you’re hungry and waiting for your flight. What you expect to get here is just your basic apps, sandwiches, wraps, and salads. Prices are a little high, but that is to be expected since it’s in an airport. Taste on the other hand, is questionable and really depends on what you get. I’ve had their Chicken Breast Wrap on two different visits. Don’t let the pictures that I posted fool you. The wrap really isn’t that big. I get mine with extra chicken. I usually get the wrap plain as can be with just the chicken breast. No fail here… this is pretty good and healthy. I have also had their salmon fillets. Salmon is not on their menu, but can be added to any salad for an additional $ 8.99. Since salmon can be ordered as a topping, why not as a meal. I ordered two of these and was really disappointed. The salmon was edible only because I was hungry. Otherwise, it wasn’t flaky, lacked taste, and texture. Another lesson learned… I’ll stick with their chicken wraps. As for the restaurant itself, it’s clean, the staff has always been great, and you get a fantastic view of a parked airline. Woo Hoo! TIP: If you’re bold and decide on getting their salmon, you will have to order something else off the menu. The 12th Fairway cannot ring the salmon alone without attaching it to something else on the menu. Weird… I know.

They did a really nice job here: service was prompt and friendly and the food was delicious. We ordered a set of the quesadillas as well as a beef patty with cheese(basically a bunless hamburger). The only thing that wasn’t quite right was that we asked for whole wheat tortillas for the quesadillas and that did not happen. But not a huge deal. I left my hat at the table by mistake and our server hunted me down at my gate to return it, which I really appreciated. That was pretty awesome.

Just your average overpriced airport fare. I ordered the chicken honey chipotle sandwich. It sounded like a balance of heat and sweet, well I was wrong. It was too sweet with a bare amount of heat. The bread was nice and soft. The fries were tasty but barely warm. My server was knowledgeable about the menu and took care of me so that is a bright spot. The restaurant was slow when I ate there so it was a little disturbing that the floor was dirty. However, options in terminal b are limited and I wasn’t really in the mood for fast food. On the positive side, the restaurant is on an exterior wall and has a wall of Windows making it very bright inside. I will say that the salads other patrons were enjoying did look very good so that may be a better option than a sandwich. They also have a full bar so if you like liquid courage before you fly, this is your place.
