This is one of the best phở that I ever tasted. I live in California and stationed here in fort bliss. In this place is where I eat when I’m craving for some phở. The house special with beef and shrimp is the best. Yummy!!!

It’s my first time eating phở here since I’m originally from California and the food was good especially the Vietnamese sandwich, I would definitely be coming back for the sandwich. The phở was good but I’ve tasted better. The only bad thing about this place was the waiting

The spring rolls were amazing. I got the clear noodle soup with shrimp and beef and it was so overpowering of a potpourri smell that I couldn’t eat it. Not sure what they put in there but all it does it the dish fragrance but no flavor.

Used to be my favorite place to grab some phở, but recently, everytime I walk in, I leave thinking«wow, I need to find a new place». It is always severely understaffed, with only one waiter manning the restaurant. Service always takes a very long time, and everytime I make a request such as «no onions in the soup» it comes wrong. Drinks are left empty, and even if you ask for refills, it takes a long time. Despite the slow service, I would still go regularly because the broth was good, but the last couple of times, the broth has been weak and watery. Not worth it, I recommend you go to another place for phở, even I will be driving the extra 10 minutes for another place.

No egg rolls, no rice for the rice, chicken, shrimp plate. 30 minutes waiting for soup. Got here at 8pm, didn’t get food until 845pm. Was not expecting a whole lot for el paso phở., but this just sucks. If this all you have, wait for phở in california little saigon in O.C. or san jose.

Their food is subpar in any other major city of Texas. Lacks the flavor that other restaurants offer. After trying over five items on their menu, the only reason I returned was for their sub(bahn mi). Recently they no longer do the mayonnaise with sriracha. No longer add jalapeños or cilantro. They only use cheap iceberg lettuce and a smudge of mayo. While the meat is plenty, it does not have the hoisin taste of others. This food is not Vietnamese, per my Vietnamese friends and my own experience. Two stars for El Paso standards, one compared to the food you can find in Austin, Tucson, or San Antonio. I hope this place lasts for the sake of variety, although i wouldn’t count on it.

First walking in I was a little turned off but I was not disappointed! My mother brother and I ordered the #8 and #7A the rare beef Phở and spring rolls! All of it was really very good! The server/hostess was so sweet and nice she made sure we were well taken care of! The guy who brought out our food was very nice too! The first thing I noticed was the smell it was so yummy smelling and I wanted to scarf it all down but it came out stemming hot so it needed to cool. Everything was cooked perfect! I will be back!

To me you can’t really go wrong with the phở I am a huge huge fan of both phở and spring rolls any kind of spring roll smshrimp, pork chicken I do prefer chicken then this place is fairly new in El Paso and I think it gets a shot because of the inconsistency with service. when me and my family went we had excellent service our food was brought to us and he quickly and personally I don’t think we spent more money than we wanted to they also offer ice cream upfront which I’m sure my daughter I bought the whole time but we said no. Great place great location! I would recommend this place

The shrimp and pork in the spring rolls were very gamey. The phở was ok, but I felt like something was missing. Also the sauces(soy, chili, etc.) were very dirty and sticky.

Not my favorite phở place, but it’s super close to my house. Three years ago I used to come here and the food was amazing along with customer service. I noticed they changed owners and the menu prices increased and changed staff. I was disappointed with the quality of the beef. I had the vermicelli and it was mostly fatty, for 12 dollars I expected more. I went here recently and the food was better, since I eat meat rarely I was happy they had the option to make anything with tofu. I got a tofu vermicelli, while my boyfriend had the tofu sandwich. Both were good, just not amazing. It can be pricey if you order their boba/thai teas or get appetizers. I don’t come here as often as I used to, but every now and then I’ll get a thai tea to go.

Very, very good. Not very familiar with what Phở should taste like but #21 was delish! The spring rolls were so yummy! I enjoyed my meal. Also, the place was super clean. Great to have this place nearby!

Been to Saigon and Tre Bien and was really happy with my order of Phở here at phở so1. I ordered a small which was a good size. Rare meat was flavorful and their soup was the best I’ve had in El Paso. No stomachache, no MSG headache, and we asked for spicy oil which hit the spot to clear my sinuses. We will definitely come back.

I did not try the phở, but I had the charbroiled pork spring rolls(4) to go, and they were delicious! Service was fast and the waiter was very kind. The thai tea with boba is very good too!

It’s ok. As a huge fan of phở this wasn’t a bad place. The large is pretty large and everything tasted good. Is it the best phở place? No sorry it’s not. But if your in the area and you just want basic phở hit this place up.

I ordered the chicken phở and it was tasteless. I had to add so much hoisin sauce just to make it taste good. Not only did it lack taste but it lacked chicken. This place is stingy. The chicken that it did have was very small. For locals in El Paso that think this is the best phở think again. This place has the worst phở I have ever had and I have had been to many phở restaurants in the past. It’s safe to say I will not be returning here. Why is it so hard to find a good restaurant in El Paso? I guess I just have to stick with chains.

Worst phở that I ever has in my life. No basil for my phở. Phở here are not make for Vietnamese people.
