Decent food but SLOWEST service ever!!! Took 30 minutes to get my food through the drive thru with only one car ahead of me!

Very inconsistent food quality, absolutely horrible/terrible/unexplainable long wait times in the drive thru. I mean seriously, you will be in the drive thru forever. I could’ve gone and ate somewhere else and gotten home faster than waiting in line for the drive thru. Been a panda fan for some time now but this location is the worst in ep

Indifferent employees. And they want fifteen dollars an hour? I DONTTHINKSO. After being trapped in the drive thru line for THIRTY minutes I came to find out that brown rice wasn’t available and that«all side items were out»; accounting for the lengthy delay. No apology for the delay either. Thankfully, I stumbled upon a food truck court on the way home. I’m normally a Panda Express fan, but as usual El Paso spoils everything.

This is a great place to grab lunch or dinner. I’m giving it a 3-star simply because of the inconsistency of the service I get when I go. Some days are great and others not so much. The brown steamed rice can be a hit or miss as well. Now, the Teriyaki chicken is great and serves as a healthy, protein loaded meal.

Love this place! Just wish they would carry sweet & sour chicken. Most of their choices are spicy and wish they had more non spicy. But still great food.

Me and my wife stop here when we are on the east side of town dropping off our dog to get groomed at petsmart and we enjoy the food and the cleanliness of the restaurant.

Great location. Clean and food was good. Not a cheap place for Chinese food, but not too expensive either.

My husband and I love to go toPE for a light dinner or lunch and share the 3 entre meal. Good prices great noodles and nothing fancy :)! I eat the orange chicken and brocoli beef and he loves the honey wallnut shrimp and mushroom chicken. This is not a place for a date just for a quick meal.

This place is absolutely awful. The inside of the place is always dirty and they never seem to want to clean up after other patrons when they leave. The food tastes like it was made when they opened at the start of the day and never replaced it. I made the mistake of giving them a second shot last week, by going drive-thru before work, which turned out to be a huge mistake. First there were only 3 cars in front of me, but it took exactly 33 minutes for us all to get through the drive thru. When you pulled up to have your order taken you get the«I’ll be right with you» which turned into 10 minutes of waiting just to submit an order. Then when you pull up to pay about 25 minutes into the process, they still didn’t have the food ready. Of course when I got my food it was stale and cold, which pissed me off more since I had to wait half an hour for«fast food» and it still tasted like it had been sitting out all day. To top it all off, a two entrée meal and drink will run you 8 or 9 dollars when you could go to Red Lantern, pay a couple more dollars to sit down, eat, have better tasting fresher food, and be done in half an hour. I like Panda Express in a pinch, but this locations mission is to try and give as many people food poisoning with terrible service as they can.

Me and the bf stopped here after a looong evening of shopping. It was almost 9pm and the weather had already dropped to single digits. Our desperation lead to us eating here and I’ll now stay away from them close to closing. None of the food looked overly fresh. I am sure if we stood around for another 10 – 15 minutes, we mght have seen newer batches… or maybe not. The food was standard for the franchise but certainly could have been fresher. Oh and this was the first time that I saw a Panda with a drive-thru! We ended up backing out of it though because the truck in front was just sitting there.

Panda Express is better than sex! Well not sex with me, but whatever it is you people are having. Seriously, I’m so thrilled that we have a drive thru Panda in El Paso now. Allow me to rave about the new Kobari beef dish for a while, its terrific, and I know it will be hard to steer away from the orange chicken, beef & broccoli, and sweet & sour pork, lucky for us there is such a thing as a 3-entrée combo. The downside to the Kobari beef is that it is very juicy, so it will get messy if you’re not careful with your take out. PSA: As with everything remotely new to El Paso, this place gets jam packed, so be ready to deal with a bit of a crowd or an insane drive-thru line.
