I called them for a clothes dryer problem. The repairman was prompt and very courteous. He repaired it in minutes. Very professional and honest. I would highly recommend them.

We called on a Saturday after we read a review on Unilocal.Non functioning dryer which we discovered after coming back from a major trip. Billie arrived as promised and called in advance. The dryer was fixed in about 15 minutes and for the call out charge. They were pleasant and efficient, wish there were other services this efficient in ELP. Now my wife is planning for the built in microwave.

I am so happy to be able to post an awesome and positive review for Modern Appliance Repair. At 10:30 last night, my refrigerator started making a high-​pitch squealing noise. I went online and found their information and emailed them hoping to hear back when they opened in the morning. We got a response within the hour and they were able to make an appointment for the next morning. Junior was prompt, courteous, and did an amazing job. Thank you so much and I will be sure to recommend this company to everyone.
