I was in a hurry looking for a corsage for my mom’s birthday and although they did not have any available on hand, the gentleman working there quickly offered to make me a custom corsage to my liking. He even said that if I don’t want to come into the shop I can order it online and choose to get it delivered. I love it when a place wants to serve their customers! Good job

Got great service from Angie’s Floral. I called from San Diego and asked them to pick something nice for my mom’s birthday. They delivered the next day to Northeast El Paso and it was the nicest floral arrangement she has received thus far. Person on the phone who took the order was very courteous and told me all prices ahead of time so there were no hidden charges or delivery fees. Great!

Highly recommend this place. I ordered flowers for my mom and sister for Mother’s Day and must admit I was a little worried they might not get to them until later on in the day, but they got to them in the morning so they can be enjoyed all day! Staff was very friendly and helpful over the phone. Thank you Angie’s Floral Designs for making Mother’s Day special!

I ordered flowers for my mom, the service was exceptional. I usually don’t write reviews but I couldn’t go without sharing my experience and applauding the staff on their professionalism and creativity. The staff was courteous and very helpful from the moment I walked in. I ordered a bouquet of calla lilies to be delivered to my mom’s office. My mom loved the bouquet; she claimed «they are exquisite». Her coworkers did not want her to take her bouquet home. I was very happy with the overall experience. Especially with the end product, the bouquet was very fresh and most importantly my mom was very happy and surprised with her flowers.

Very unprofessional establishment. We expected better services from a local spot, but we realized we should have just gone with someone who’s more involved with customers. Never going back again, & I definitely don’t recommend this place.

Wow! I called about succulents they featured at the Farmer’s Market. They were so helpful on the phone and promised to have that delivered within two hours! That is service!

I received a flower arrangement for Valentine’s day but the very next day the flowers began wilting. I was disappointed with the quality and that they didn’t last very long. Some of the flowers on top were also bent so they never bloomed at all.

Ordered flowers for my grandmother’s birthday. They were beautiful; unfortunately they were not delivered on her birthday because no one answered the door or phone. In the past deliveries (from various places) have been left with neighbors or on the porch. They did call to let me know they weren’t delivered and that they would be there before noon the next day. They got there right at 12pm.

My daughter ordered a flower arrangement in the afternoon to be delivered the same day. Not only was it delivered by a very courteous driver but the arrangement was gorgeous! Thank you Angie’s !!!

The service is very personalized and the attention to detail is superb. I was pleased by the quality of customer focus and the delivery was much faster than I expected. The flowers stand out and add a unique touch for any occasion. I would not hesitate to recommend Angie’s to anyone who is looking to make an impression.

Was looking for loose flowers, especially stargazer lilies. I was pleased that they had some and that they were not open yet. The shop is cute. It was locked when I arrived but somebody came running and apologized. The customer service representative was polite, nice and helpful however was restricted. I like seeing the selection of different types of flowers a florist has to offer and not the prearranged pieces, he was not able to let me see in the cooler. He did bring a few selections of three loose flowers but how my mind works I can’t put an arrangement together not seeing everything coming together with loose filler ect. But again very polite and friendly. I would have probably have bought more if I could fave gotten into the cooler but I understand he is restricted by guidelines. So I bought three loose lilies. The stems were pretty short compared to what I’m use to. Quiet pricey compared to the florist I normally shop on N. Mesa. The three stems costed me $ 23. I normally get enough flowers for three large arrangements of fresh flowers for $ 40 of mixed lilies, tulips, hydrangeas and filler with a very nice ribbon and straw covering.
Overall it’s a nice place, friendly staff person.
