I’ve shopped here a few times… I love the coupons! Anyway the last time I was here I was checking out some Ray Ban shades in the sunglass hut kiosk they have. The cashier was the SWEETEST! She’s probably the only person that works there that is nice. I’ve paid for some nike clothes next to the kiosk, those girls act like I’m annoying them. The shoe department? Forget it. Michael Kors handbag department? I had to flag some other guy down to get my purse. Come on do they want to make a sale? Oh probably not because they don’t work on commission. Jewelry department? Same thing. And this store isn’t organized the way it should be. The four stars? The lady are the sunglass hut kiosk and coupons saved them from one star. Get your act together Macy’s.

I liked this place. They were very helpful regarding choosing the right dress for a ball and they put it on hold for me for a day(duh… How am I supposed to decide wick dress in going to wear within 1 hour?!) I also like the very friendly lady who worked at the cash register but the reason why this one only gets 3 stars is that I feel lost of the staff thinks they’re freaking superstars, as arrogant as they walk around in there. When I’m a customer, I don’t want to make the employee feel like a queen but I want to be treated like one because in the end, I’m going to bring the money in, right?! No need to have an attitude because you have a job at Macys

This place is crap. I went to my local Macys in California to purchase some pants. My store didn’t have them but the store in Texas did. My store had to call the Texas store to have them ship the pants to me — the only problem was NOBODYINTHEENTIREFREAKINSTOREWOULDANSWERTHEIRPHONE! I literally watched my customer service girl call every department. Finally she got ahold of someone after 45 minutes and then asked to speak to the store manager. He asked his assistant to get a number to call back and he’d call within 5 minutes. 20 minutes later, no call. Wasted over an hour trying to get these pants ordered and left empty handed. The store manager at this location really needs some major coaching. You’d think after hearing my story that he’d personally take care of it and not pass it off. I’m still fuming…
