This place has super cute décor and outside pottery to look at! A smaller location, and many of the vases inside have broken pieces on them. (We found 4 that were broken). Also, they sell clothes? That is a bit confusing for me…
And lastly, the sales people did not tell us about an Easter promotion they were having until we already bought something and were about to leave… Thanks, that would have saved us 20%!

Pottery World takes the cake for exemplary customer service… After I met sales rep. Trixie, I had nothing but great interactions and experiences.
To be honest, I was actually a little bummed with our first sales gal. She was not super helpful and just kind of went through the numbers with us… didn’t really try to help and gave us the «what you see is what you get» type of approach.
It was not until we visited the Rocklin location and met Trixie that my entire experience changed.
Trixie nailed it. She helped us with ordering new cushions, because we did not like what we saw and did’t want to just go with it… She gave us a reduced price because we spend $ 10k+, and she even orchestrated a complicated return/​pickup/​swap out at no additional charge for shipping.
To top it all off she did it with a smile, and a level of willingness that made me feel like she was eager to satisfy my wants and needs. She was thorough, responsive, assertive and demonstrated initiative. The woman cared as if she owned the place herself.
There was a slight mix up with replacing an arm of a love seat (for some reason it was an arm from a different model and it was obvious in the way the seat looked) and without even asking her, I get a call on the delivery day telling me that they are just going to scrap replacing the arm and send me a brand new piece of furniture. That love seat was like $ 1200.
They made a customer for life out of me… Call both locations before you stop by. Go to Trixie. You will not be disappointed.

I have worked with Pottery World for years. I have bought many pots and fountains from them. They take care of their customers and go out of their way to be helpful. The have a reputation for being expensive but they carry quality products that are priced well for their quality. Many pots are cheaper than local nurseries because they often have sales on their pots that local nurseries do not. I highly recommend them for service and quality.

Great selection and cheaper pots than Green Acres.
Stormy and I needed a large pot to repot our Singapore plumeria. It needs to be brought indoors for the winter and so we wanted something that looks nice. We’ve looked at a number of places around the area but really no one has a better selection than this place. Funny thing too because they have lots of household items and outdoor furniture too. The kitchen sink kinda.
Check the place out as its really unique.

I love this store! Such beautiful home décor pieces! I had a great experience buying some barstools. They were not in stock for months, but as soon as they came in, I had a call from two different sales associates letting me know they were in. When I went in to purchase them, I dealt with Bill, the manager, and he was awesome! He even helped me load them in my car! I will definitely be doing business with them again!

Each time a friend, neighbor or client stops by my house they are met first with a metal fence hand made with bamboo motiff and peaking through it ~ a giant Russian piece of natural stone weighing more than a truck and sticking up about eight feet from the ground as a fountain with all sorts of birds stealing sips from it’s tip. Folks love it. They immediately feel centered and grounded and at one with nature. I too feel this way each morning I wake to this lovely stone. Thanks Justin, for all the extra care, time and effort it took to make it happen just so. If my friend Chuck had not introduced me to your place I never would have found the perfect natural fountain. On top of that, my luggage bought at your place (cowhide matching set) has been the envy of girls all over the world. It is just so Americana! Your incomparable service of repair, speed, and help in general is what keeps everyone coming back. That and the great music, food and eye-​candy for any garden or décor lover.
