This is a business that charges insurance for services or bills insurance in misleading ways. I paid in cash for a crown re-​cement. They then charged the same treatment to my insurance who paid also. I got a letter explaining what was paid and I was surprised at the double charge.
I asked for details and was told by insurance that the office owes me a credit. I called to request a refund. The manager (Sofia) was defensive and hung up and double talked about the treatment and way the insurance was billed. The treatment was provided as in my case, as a recement, which was billed as seeing their doctor for pain — I had no pain but did see a dentist who charged me for her time to recement. That place is absurd in its charging/​billing practices. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.

I just got my dental work done here and it was the best experience of my adult life going to a dentist. The doctor was very caring and patient, she took me thru the plan step by step. The staff made sure i was comfortable during the long hours that i spent in the doctor’s care.
