I met Michael through his work partner, who sold our original home. He was then involved in the sale of my in-​laws home and my parent’s home. He was so easy to talk to, always ready to answer questions, or find the answers, and his input was so valuable. If I left a message I knew he would get back to me ASAP! This is me and my spouse’s first home buying experience and we are VERY grateful to have had Michael as our realtor. Let me start off by disclosing that Michael is my husband, and a terrific one at that. He is also the realtor that got me into my first house. He was persistent, patient and extremely knowledgeable about the process and how to deal with first time buyers. I was nervous, fearful, suspicious, demanding and of course, a little bit of a know it all. Michael focused on finding the right property at the right price. He also considered the neighborhood and took our pets’ needs into consideration when selecting properties to show me. He was also there for me mentally which really helped me through the process (I mentioned I was nervous right?). We found a great home using my VA loan and I’m really blessed to be married to such an experienced professional.
Michael just finished finding homes for two young gay couples and it was neat to see how well they responded to him.
