Hannah Tai – Vanguard Properties

Hannah is really lovely. You might think you need someone aggressive and pushy to get the job done but she proves that you don’t!
She is not your stereotypical agent, has so much time for us (paperwork, concerns, viewings etc.) She is hands on and makes herself available pretty much never you need her. We really appreciate that Hannah also thinks out of the box. If she can make arrangements for us to meet an owner then she will.
All in all the process has been a lot less stressful because of working with Hannah. Highly recommended!

Hannah clearly loves her job and is as such a pleasure to deal with. She’s responsive, knowledgable of the market and is always on hand to give advice without ever being pushy or sales-​ey. I’d have no hesitation in recommending her.

We managed to find a wonderful house through Hannah. Hannah kept our spirits up in a very competitive market and made sure we kept looking even when we felt like throwing in the towel. I have no doubt that we wouldn’t have found the house if it wasn’t for Hannah.
If you’re looking for a Realtor who makes a real effort to get to know you and genuinely cares about you finding a property you love then Hannah is for you.
We will miss working with her but will definitely keep in touch.

In talking with her, it’s clear she has gotten very good at getting people through escrow. She knows the market and has been very helpful in pointing out the advantages and drawbacks of for sale properties. She’s trustworthy and always follows through. On top of that, she’s quite pleasant and gives the client plenty of space to make up their minds. Considering how much moving from one home to another can change your life, it’s good to have someone who gives you breathing room and stays on top of things.
