Garbage!!! rotten lettuce on a hard bun no telling how long the chicken was sitting out. This can get people really sick poor service and quality look at the picture before you order here. Tried to call no answer only a machine what a huge inconvenience!!!

The worst McDonalds EVER… drive thru takes forever and get the orders wrong, the burgers & fries are cold. Inside I have been three times and the burger was still cold and the bread was burned, on top of it taking forever, this is fast food why did it take 15 – 20 minutes? on top of that it took forever to even place my order. This place is understaffed and they are very slow. I went in to buy a gift card there was nobody there but one person in front of me and i was standing there for about 12 minutes just waiting so I just left. The employees are so slow, and these people want to make $ 15 an hour? give me a break. That is why I rather drive farther and go to the McDonald’s in avocado.

Always get your order wrong. Terrible customer service. I mean common people take pride in what you do! Wether it be a doctor or a burger flipper, HAVE SOME PRIDE!!!

Went back and service was horrible, was confronted by Kevin again! I spoke with the store manager but she was no help! She wanted to have a meeting with Kevin and I because she felt he did nothing wrong EVEN THOUGH she pulled the tape and witnessed him confront me out of no where. I will NEVER go back. Too bad lawyers are too expensive or I’d consider a personal attack lawsuit.

The very worst McDonald’s in the country… Save yourself some drama and go to any other McDonalds, but, not this one… One star is even too many… HORRIBLE…

Unbelievable. They can’t even make 1 cheeseburger to the request of a customer. 1! I didn’t order fur a family, I ordered 1 cheeseburger. NO PICKLES !

Ordered a meal during lunch rush. Never had my number called. Asked about my food; it had been sitting on the customer side of the register. Looks like I lost half of the fries to customers waiting to order and pay.
Go to Hilberto’s across the parking lot instead.

They always mess up orders. They also try to charge extra for dipping sauces. Always check to make sure your order is correct before leaving… because most likely, it’s NOT! I don’t eat here often, but the dumb chick who was working the drive through messed up our order three times– once while ordering, once while she handed is our food– gave mcnuggets instead of a chicken sandwich, and a regular coke instead of diet coke. That was just tonight! She also barely spoken any English.

Waiting time, fair.
Aspect of the food, ok.
Cleanliness, not so good.
Restrooms, filthy.
Customer service, good.

My kids and I visited this drive-​thru location and ordered 2 Mighty Kids Meals, a couple cheeseburgers and a Egg McMuffin and spent almost $ 19. We arrived home and the fries were missing in both meals. This is just another reminder why I avoid this fast food chain. Poor service and no intention of resolving this issue. Very disappointed and frustrated, but I should have gotten off my behind and prepared a home cooked meal for my kids. Lesson learned.

Dirty place, one day I got the happy meal for my kid, when we arrived home my daughter start to eat the burger sandwich she start screaming she told me this burger is full of dog hair inside, I open it and I really shocked I checked the potato fry’s also full of hair. After that I decided to not buy any food from McDonald at all.

Hands down worst McDonald’s in USA! I been to better places in 3^rd world countries without running water. WOW in Rancho San Diego! You should be ashamed Ronald McDonald!

Bar none… the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever had the misfortune of living near. Consistently slow, poorly put together food. Is it really that difficult to heat the English muffins on the breakfast sandwiches? Obviously poor management.

Well tried this fast food place after not going for a long while because of missed items in my order. Well guess what, same thing. How hard is it to give me what I ordered. You know fries. The order was small but it’s my bad for not checking. I knew I should have after his not being able to hear me in the drive thru. And they want increase of pay ha!

Always makes their coffee old and cold. Their measurements are always off from other McDonald’s on iced coffee. Shouldn’t they all be similar. Theirs looks like tinted milk. Drive through always takes forever. You want wait just for them to tell u they r out of whatever you want. I prefer the one on avocado blvd.

it was very hot inside the store. I am not sure if it is normally like this but I might as well sit outside. however it did have the kids play pin and they liked it.

Went through the drive-​thru for an ice cream cone and left with some bacon for my dog. Thank you Kevin! Great customer service.

Every order is messed up here. Takes 25 minutes to get a cup of coffee. It’s shocking that they haven’t stepped up the service here at all too. Go to a different McDonald’s. this just might be one of the worst ones…

Nice to have Mcdonald’s here in Spring Valley, but geezzz the people who serve here are NOT polite. They are rude & give customers a mean look. I know that their job is tough, but GEEZZZ at least smile to their customers.
To the workers & the manager here, who don’t know how to smile and are very rude here at this Mcdonald’s, if you guys don’t know how to put a SMILE on your face or be POLITE to others you might as well find another job. In fact, before
looking for
another job you might as well stay home and look in the mirror & practice showing your pearly whites!!!

I do not come here often, but when I do I normally come in the mornings, on my way to work to pick up some breakfast and sometimes coffee. Today I came by here to pick up some oatmeal and a sausage breakfast burrito form their dollar value menu.
When I a arrived they were busy cleaning, which is always a good sign I think. I came by around 6:20 am. I have had the oatmeal before and I enjoy it very much. If you have not had it, I encourage you to try it if you want a healthy choice for breakfast. It comes in cup (
) and it is sprinkled with bits of fruit and raisins. (see pic) It is actually quite good. The sausage breakfast burrito is small and it comes with scrambled eggs, crumbled breakfast sausage, and some cheese. It was not bad for $ 1.00. (
) The oatmeal cost $ 1.99.
The service was good and polite. I was in and out in and out efficiently.
