Jamba Juice

I love Jamba Juice! The establishment is always clean, has a very friendly staff, and they are pretty consistent on the flavor of their smoothies. I always like getting Razzmatazz or a Strawberries Wild smoothie from here. The only downside is that they don’t usually accept any coupons I receive from Jamba Juice’s email list.

By far the slowest Jamba Juice there is! They are also pretty unfriendly. No greeting, no smile. Seems like they hate their job until you hear them laughing about whatever they just mumbled to each other…
Would recommend going out of your way to go to different Jamba than this one!

I ordered 2 drinks and they both turned out terrible and then I switched them for 2 new drinks and they were even more terrible… Very disappointed

I use to go here almost everyday after my classes and I got the same thing every time. It always looks clean and is well conditioned. The employees are always very welcoming. But the last four times I have gone they have messed up on my order every time. My boyfriend completely gave up on this location. They are always more than happy to remake our smoothies and Acai bowls but just the fact that it gets messed up every time we go in is frustrating.

It’s a rainy morning and I was in the mood to get a smoothie and skip the coffee today. It was my first time at this location. As I walked in, I didn’t hear a hello or good morning, nor did anyone acknowledge I was walking in, stood at the menu for a minute until the lady working came over to the register so I said hi how are you? I know it’s early but shoot the music is playing waaay to loud I almost had to shout my order. No need for a Zumba class… the music was upbeat and super hyper for early am.
I haven’t been to Jamba Juice in forever. My hub wanted me to get him a peanut butter lover for his drive to work but apparently there’s 2 now-​one was PB chocolate love or the PB and berries. Went with the PB chocolate love. I chose a boring Acaí smoothie. The only awesome part of this visit was the Unilocal check-​in for a free baked good which were not on the display window yet (the lady pointed to empty plates and said oh um and started listing off items off her head). I chose the apple cinnamon pretzel it was basically bread. And the waiting begins. 2 more customers walked in after me and the lady after me got her order so quick and was out. Right after that my order was ready to go. The guy working gave me a to go carrier and I was on my way. As I was walking out I saw the Pumpkin Smoothie for a limited time sign *SIGH* I wish I could have tried that one. Maybe I will have to give this place another chance.

Really slow, not welcoming. There was no sense of urgency to get the orders out. There were so many people waiting. My least favorite location.

The staff is incredible. They gave me a big tropical greens with extra ice. And they always have their food stocked. It’s a smaller jamba, but it’s never packed so it’s perfect

I only give 4 starts because I love Jamba Juice and never have a problem. I’m upset becauSe I’m on my way to work and I was next in line CLEARLY… And the Manager I’m assuming because she was wearing a black shirt completely ignored me and started talking to what seemed to be regulars and their children. They got their bagels and smoothies before me and two other people

I’m really hooked on these açaí primo bowels. I love the fresh banana, strawberries, coconut, blueberries, granola, and almond shavings on top, drizzled with sweet honey… mmmm, perfect after a hard workout.
The customer service is always friendly here… Never had any issues:)
It’s missing a star, because the bowls could be a little bigger for what they cost…

I’ve been a regular Jamba Juice customer throughout the years at many locations throughout California.
This location is no different and what you can expect from Jamba. They have everything and the location is nicely air conditioned to help you survive the heat in El Cajon especially considering the regularly 90+ degree weather down there.
The guy at the counter was helpful, friendly and made my white gummy bear smoothy well.
It would have been perfect if there was internet available to use when needing a cool spot to enjoy a smoothie and get some work done.

I’ve been here several times throughout the years. The staff are always nice and cheerful. The last two times I visited I got the wheatgrass shots. The guy behind the counter asked both times would I like an orange wedge to go along with my shot. Good service, clean location.

I came in tonight to get a late night drink. The girl worker did not let me use a coupon for me and my bf. She insisted that the coupon would only apply to one of us since we came together. The funny thing is that the coupon said per person, per visit. Whatever your name is, it would be wise to actually read a coupon before telling a customer false information. Also, it wouldn’t hurt to smile. This is the worst Jamba Juice by far.

This juice place a.k.a. Jamba Juice delivers 100% satisfaction to its customers. Meaning, they’ll give you the smile, care, and fast services. Stopped by Jamba juice a month ago while driving my two year old son and 4 year old niece. As I quickly find out that it was a request by the two, and four year olds and not me (32) year old to stop and get some «Wheatgrass» shots. Yup crazy right? well seem like we’re living a whole new generation when it comes to acknowledging things. So, had to stop and get them some «wheatgrass» shots. Both had their weekly wheatgrass while I got me a nice Large Mango, strawberry, and melon xxSweet (alike myself) smoothy hehehe to go.
I think I had a bigger smile after the first sip of my smoothy…

I was so happy I came in hear for some breakfast early in the morning because, for a limited time, they brought back their Berry Cherry Pecan Oatmeal! I score on this visit. If you have not tried it and enjoy oatmeal, you must try it. Just be sure to have them put a sprinkle of brown sugar and you are set!
The steel cut oatmeal comes with a generous amount of chewy berries and cherries and crunchy pecans, (
) and adding the brown sugar, simply sends this oatmeal to comfort heaven. (
) Seriously now, it is that good… well at least I think so.
The girls who were running the show were simply awesome and quite humorous because, anybody who laughs at my corny jokes, well have to have a great sense of humor. Well, done on the oatmeal and employees Jamba!

I love it, when I am in the mood. I like the orange dream machine, the chocolate mood, Caribbean passion, just depends on the mood. All locations are very clean and nice. Staff always friendly.

Usually it’s been pleasant coming here until this last time. I ordered an acai berry parfait in the large size and they filled it only halfway. The worker, named Garrett, who made it told me it was a misconception that there should be more, but what I got is what it should be. Uh… NO! I got a large and he made a small and poured it in my cup and was too lazy to make more for his measurement mistake! I won’t be back!

Each Jamba juice location airs a new set of employees. Instead of great service all around, Jamba Juice seem to be hit or miss.
However, this location is a good one.
Walking in, I always get a warm welcome. They always recommend a great product with me, and it doesn’t feel like they are pushing the «company promo». They genuinely seem happy to serve me.
I would recommend getting an «underground smoothie» or classic smoothie. I love my «creamy treat» smoothies, but something about them here is more runny than creamy. But other than that, this store is a 4-​star.
Come here, you won’t be disappointed.

I used to come here ALL THE TIME. They staff is always friendly and nice. The only downside is that it’s located in a little plaza so parking is limited.

I give them 4 stars because they actually allow you to split the large smoothie into 2 small drinks saving you some money. There is a flavor for all and the staff here are very friendly and seem to know the regulars by first name.
