In-N-Out Burger

Well it’s In-​N-​out so what’s not to love! This particular one is my favorite. They always have great service and even if the drive thru line is looking like FOREVER, its not. They are not stingy with any of their ketchup and spread. I hate when places are. Forever fan of their animal fries extra onions :)
Even when you order grilled-​cheese which is everything but the meat, it still tastes the same!

We tried the cheeseburger, the double double, fries and drinks. The burgers were pretty good for the price. They are definitely up there in terms of fast food places. The fries were really good. They cut them on site using actual russet potatoes which was great to witness. The pink lemonade I got was very refreshing and not to sweet which I come across often with lemonades being too sweet and I hate it. My hubby got a chocolate shake and said it was nothing to write home about. Thus, if you go in with fast food expectations then you will like the food. If you go in expecting gourmet burgers, you will be thoroughly disappointed!

I love in n out burger but will not be returning to this location. They never have their act together at this location. The place is ALWAYS a mess. Tables are never wiped down. You have to ask to get someone to come wipe it down. Which is a hassle. We’ve gone at least 3 time the past month and it’s always been this way. So disappointing. Not sure if they are short staffed, or just plain lazy. All I know is it’s a health hazard. Didn’t even dare use the bathroom. The soda area is always sticky the condiment station never looks wiped clean and there is trash everywhere. The floor is dirty and sticky. Just don’t. Drive to santee and use that location we have to.

This review is specifically for Chelsea who was working the drive thru, outside, in 90 degree heat, today. She was super courteous and sweet and did a great job. Far too often do people that work so hard go without appreciation. Hopefully her manager or higher ups see this and recognize her hard work.

I absolutely love In-​N-​Out. Their burgers are always fresh, hot, and juicy. Seriously juicy, be smart and use a napkin if you’ve gotta go to work. That said… If you’re in a rush during lunch hour, don’t even try… The wait can sometimes be 20+ minutes. This isn’t really their fault, they’re insanely popular because they make really good food. But that is the only reason this isn’t a 5* review.

Great service and the food is always nice and fresh. The workers are all kind and this is the same no matter what time I go.

I live by this In-​N-​Out burger and it is always packed. Always six or more car waiting for the drive through day and night. They never disappoint. Cheap burger and fries. I have to admit I don’t care too much for the fries and they dry up too quick. I like my fries thick. Burgers are good. Were else can you get a double cheeseburger and fries for under six bucks. I like Five Guys but they are never consistent with their burgers to shell out 11 bucks. In-​N-​Out is always consistent. Wish they had a Shake Shack here. But this In-​N-​Out hits the spot.

Although the parking lot is an absolute nightmare this location does not hurt from it. Always packed. Especially on Fridays as it’s the favorite of families with school half day Fridays. It’s In n Out. Of course it’s going to be good!

Great customer service. Servers have great attitudes, very friendly, and always smiling. I’m really starting to become an In-​and-​out fan. Double double animal style with animal style fries is the way to go.

It’s In-​N-​Out! What more could you ask for?!? Burgers are great! Although this place seems a lot more busier than others. The parking area is small too. But if you need a fix and in the area, this is place to go!

This in n out is on the older side, meaning there’s not a ton of room for customers. But other than that it’s great. Everyone is always very friendly of course and the food is awesome. Most people don’t know this but if something minor does go wrong with your order you can call the 800 number on the receipt and they are more than happy to get you a coupon for a free meal. You can always go up to the counter as well and they will make you a new burger to fix the problem. You never have to worry about them messing with your food because in n out just doesn’t hire the type of people who would do that.
All the ingredients truly are fresh. The tomatoes, lettuce, onions, even the potatoes all arrive fresh to the store just like you would get them from a grocery store! The potatoes in fact still have the skin on them and in n out washes them, peels them, inspects them, then cuts them right before they go into the fryer.

Do you get the In-​And-​Out urge like I do? Located all over Southern California and Vegas. There is a reason the place is packed inside the restaurant and at the drive thru. Consistent food and service. You know when you see the sign that you are going to get a good burger. One of my all time favorite burgers to eat, a Double double with onion.
They also have good fries and milk shakes. The fries are small shoe strings that I enjoy between bites of my Double Double. Then I wash it down with a sip of my chocolate shake. The shakes are so good. You don’t have to have a powerful suction motor to suck your shake through the straw like a McDonald’s shake. Nope. The shake flows freely to enjoy the icy cold goodness.
So when I am driving around and see the In-​And-​Out sign. When my stomach is empty and my will is low. I get the urge. The urge for a Double Double with onion, fries and a chocolate shake. Life is good.

All the food here is amazing always. never a bad experience. Staff is always polite itder is NEVER wring i mean never! the four by four is amazing!

Dirty, busy, and cramped. The drive thru line blocks the whole parking lot. Tons of empty spaces to park but you can’t get there and have to wait dangerously in the street just to get one. There is not enough seating. People standing around everywhere and getting in the way. Our table top was beginning to form a sticky crust on top from the multiple rounds of eatings without a cleaning. Who designs and manages this place? Why should you feel stressed out to find a place to eat your bland, freezer-​burnt tasting fries. The burger was good though so 1 extra star for that.

Save your health, find a different In-​N-​Out!
A couple weeks ago, I ordered a meal and thought it would be fun to have sauce on the fries. I asked them to put a little bit on, and they did, and charged me $ 4 to“animal size” my fries! There was no cheese or anything else, I paid $ 4 for a quarter’s sized drop of sauce!
I complained to corporate and corporate agreed, basically; they gave me a coupon for a free meal (yay!) and explained that if all I want is sauce on fries, I can get a side of sauce for free.
So I went back to try it out with my free meal voucher. They did indeed give me a packet of sauce. Oddly, the packet says it needs to be refrigerated, and the one given to me was luke-​warm like it had been sitting in the sun on a shelf or something. It didn’t taste very good either, and I just threw the sauce+fries out.
I’ve since learned that the OTHER In-​N-​Out in the area DOES serve these packets refrigerated, and the sauce tastes like it should when it’s refrigerated properly. I guess the workers at this location can’t be bothered with food safety.

What can I say. In N Out makes a good burger, especially for the price. I don’t know too many places in town you can still get a burger fries and drink for $ 6. The wait is a little ridiculous but usually worth it with the quality of food. The staff is always great. My one critique is the wait and the parking situation at this specific location.

This location is one of the better ones. Super fast customer service with hardly any waiting. I’ve been to many other ones and usually there is a long line. Food taste the same, yummy!

Since my last review I have been here many times and I am happy to report they are back to being all that ! The Food has been prepared perfectly. The service is excellent, fast and friendly. Love this place !
