Burger King

2 stars because the staff were friendly and accommodating. Overall the place is not up to standards if comparing to other similar establishments. The drinks dispenser was dismal and 3 out of six drink dispensers are empty. The machine next to it is out of order. The whole place looks gloomy and abandoned.
The food is as expected from a fast food joint. I hope they plan to revamp or do some changes to make the area more appealing.

Id like to say that a one star is a gift since this place is beyond deplorable.
First everytime you go to this place either inside or to the drive thru its takes them forever to fill
your order with not a single other customer in the store.
The inside looks filthy half the time and you have to clean a table to eat inside a lot of time.
The service is horrid and Burger Kings advertises have it your way and they have got to be joking.
Even some of the staff doesn’t look to clean for a food place. hmmm
No butter for the breakfast
jelly​.NO nothing unless you love ketchup.
Other fast food places give you plenty of choices for contiments so folks Id say forget Burger king.
They are grossly overpriced and eight cents for cheese is about fourty cents higher than other places and they charge for everything that should be for free.
I say skip this place unless your into a place of this caliber.

Absolutely terrible they try and charge you to wash your hands or use the restroom. Absolutely no help from the employee. Terrible!!!

This place is on its way out! I know I’m not in la jolla but this place looks absolutely terrible on the inside. I rarely eat at BK and I think walking into this location is indicative of why.

I honestly hadn’t been to a BK in about 6 years, but was short on time and needed something quick between working a double shift, so I thought I’d give this location a shot.
Big mistake. Service was extremely rude and pushy, despite that it was just about empty… and I didn’t even get the correct order.
Even then, I looked away from the questionable burger patty and took a bite… it was obviously not fresh (cold and oddly textured), and was flavorless. So nope, I preferred to go without.
There was no redeeming factor, and I try to find *something* good everywhere, plus I always give service some credit, but these folks hated life and everyone around them lol
No thanks and never again.

Went in the restroom and there was a huge piece of tinfoil that someone used to cook heroin on the sink. It looked like a pretty big dose too. I’m surprised I didn’t find a rotting carcass.

I give this location 4 stars for the customer service. I was amazed how awesome the service was. I was like, wow! I was really impressed how friendly the employees where. I had two different employees help me because I wasn’t sure what I was going to order, but they both had truly exceptional customer service! I ordered the 2 for $ 5 deal. A Big King and a Big Fish. My husband loved the Big Fish, especially the bun. My Big King tasted great. It was the perfect size for me. Besides good food, great customer service brings people back. I’ll definitely make a return visit.

I used to go to this place many times. Last Friday I was amazed by the customer service. Frances the manager was very nice and fast even though they were really crowded. Our food was warm and delicious.

Whoppers used to be my favorite burger, but after my last few experiences over the past few years their corner cutting is so disappointing. Bee tween the ultra thin patties, stale buns and rediculous price I remember why I only go there when they are the only place close

I see a lot of bad reviews here and I must say I had a wonderful experience here tonight. Customer service was great and my food was hot and delicious. Good job Burger King!

Horrible. Should have seen it as a sign when I was the only customer at 7:20pm.
If your not busy, then cook the chicken tenders instead of giving me the leftovers that has been sitting there for 2 hours.
Very hard to chew, surprised I didn’t have to go to my dentist for a broken tooth.
Sad thing is, on the to go bag it says, «freshly prepared for you»
Every time I go to burger King I remember why I only go when I get a gift card.
Stay away from burger King! Expecially this one!

We are very forgiving people. Having said that, our well of mercy has run dry for this Burger King. Over multiple visits we have been subjected to VERY slow service both in the dining room and in the drive through.
Over the seven to ten times we have gone they have only gotten our order correct once. My wife has had cold food served to her on three occasions with meat being under-​cooked. The ambiance is also horrible with a string transients moving about and in the property.
Today was the icing on the cake. My wife ordered a lettuce wrapped double cheeseburger. After getting to the window she was informed that they weren’t accepting credit cards. She ended up getting a single burger with no cheese, no lettuce and no toppings. STAY AWAY! I’ll will go to others Burger Kings!

They don’t even deserve a single star. They are so awful ! I’ve never been late to work in all my life. I was waiting in line for more than 20 minutes !!! The customer service is god awful, I ordered a big king and I received double jr! With an extra piece of bread !!! What the hell! I also ordered a chicken crispy for my daughter and and the meat was half raw! The lettuce was brown, the Tamatos were soggy and the coke tasted like dr pepper ! The recipt was right and everything was what I ordered on there ! But in the bag it was not even close to what I wanted.
Not to mention that the «big king» wasn’t even big. It was more like a Big Mac without the big !!!
I have NEVER in all my life been so dissatisfied with what I ordered !!!

I know this is fast food but clean your restaurant. Ordered my food & when to sit down & every table was dirty. Food & garbage were on the floor. When I finally found a half way clean table I had to wipe down my seat because of all the crumbs & old food on it. This place wasn’t busy there were only 2 other tables in the place. I didn’t see one member of the staff to come out & clean. Seems to me that the staff is lazy. I’m just glad I didn’t have to use the restroom. I can only imagine what that looked like.

Haven’t been to Burger King for a long time and I can tell you I won’t be back again. We ordered two BK Stackers meals. They looked like normal size on the picture, but they were smaller than a Jr Bacon Cheese burger from the other place. That was just the beginning. She couldn’t get the order right at drive through. We asked for hot fries and were told they were made to order. They weren’t hot, they were stale. Then we asked for sauce on the side. Should have known they didn’t get that right either. When we got home that is when we realized how truly small the burgers were. REALLY! I won’t go back to any BK again and they complain about Subway and a missing inch of bread?

Fast food is like a clone of service and quality. Takes the right staff to make it exceptional.

Went through the drive– thru — Service slow… no really, excruciating slow.
Then, when I get my Whopper… cold…I had to nuke it at home.
Unbelievable. Do they have them sitting on a shelf? If they do, shouldn’t service be faster?

Been coming to this BK for a couple years now. Always get the Veggie Burger. Never a problem and they usually get my order right.
November 3^rd we had the same thing. Went home and devoured it, I had skipped lunch so it was an early dinner at about 4p. Tasted fine to me, just wasn’t as hot as it could be but I thought hey, it should be fine.
Two hours later, I am violently vomiting along and pooing water.
This is not the hottest way to spend a Saturday night. Both of us got sick. Lasted all night, had a fever the next day, dizzy and feeling horrible. Couldn’t eat solid food until a week later.
Ridiculous sanitation practices, I will NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. Or probably eat another Veggie Burger from any Burger King again, I’m traumatized. *Shutters*

This is my update review of «The King.» Store is always immaculate, the male employees are really talkative with me (okay maybe it’s because I’m cute). They got our order right and were very accommodating. I just wish this place wasn’t as expensive as it is. With our bad economy you would think they would have better deals than this. The whoppers shouldn’t be anymore than two bucks or $ 2.50 each in my opinion. The meat is thin. Next time I’m ordering a double whopper. I think they need to do a discount on a vegetarian whopper without any meat. Mom is paying full price for a sandwich with just lettuce, onions and tomatoes in it. They should knock off a few dollars. After all it’s almost four dollars just for one whopper.
Anyway, the food was good though and I gobbled it down too fast that I got a stomachache. I was hungry though after a long day of calorie burning.
