My wife and I love this place. It is our«go to» fast food joint when we want something tasty and fast. The chicken seasoning is savory and the gyro’s are satisfying. They also make a great salad that has more goodies in it than your usual fast food salad, English cucumbers, feta, ripe tomatoes and olives, sliced red onions and romaine that is actually cut to the right«for human mouths» proportions. The fried zucchini is a pleasant twist on the menu and the option of pita or garlic bread gives multiple visits plenty of options to change up your usual. I prefer the kabob chicken over the meat on bone as it seems to be juicer but once again that varied menu gives plenty of options. If you want good food fast but not fast food, this is it!

Their Pita bread and Gyro sauce is absolutely the very best I have ever had! And I have tried it in many other places… Gyro salad and chicken is also great.

The chicken here is amazing! Prices are fair considering the amount of food they give you. Huge portions! Well if you’re looking for juicy, tasty chicken, this place is a must!

Food was really great! The French fries were nice and crunchy. I ordered a gyro and my husband ordered the pastrami sandwich. Have to say it was good enough for us to drive over 20 miles to try. And we would do it again. We also ordered the chicken tender kids meals and they were pretty good as well. Would deff go back!

I’ve been going to this place for years lately they’ve been over charging and have the worst customer service. Also when you order and they missed an item they charge you for it and if you ask for ranch it’s $ 1.08 very poor and never ever going back here!

We celebrated Mother’s Day at Greek Chicken in El Cajon on the recommendation of my oldest son based on the good reviews on Unilocal. We try to eat healthy as often as possible when we dine out. We were pleasantly surprised at how healthy they prepared their food from their fresh Mediterranean salads, zucchini fries, lemon chicken, and Gyros(lamb). Thank you Greek Chicken for making Mother’s Day a gastronomic two thumbs up!

I used to love this place but it’s slowly gotten more expensive and less good over the years. The other night was my last time going. I decided to order my food to go. I got a medium Greek salad and an order of zucchini fries. Not only was my food cold but they packed it so there wasn’t as mush as there usually is. The salad was half the size and my zucchini fries were halfway full! Really disappointed :(

The food is good and the service is mostly good at this place but that also depends on who is helping you out. I agree with others who say this place is over price for what they give you. I remember when my wife and I started coming to this restaurant the portions were really good. It was worth the price but now they serve you very very little. Portions have really gotten smaller. One example is the ice cream cone. The cone has always cost $ 2.?? Close to $ 3 and before it was worth it because the portion was huge!!! Now they serve you the same amount maybe just a little more for what you can get at Mcdonald’s and alot cheaper. Not worth it, for that price I’ll just take my kids to Baskin Robbins. Since they have reduce the portion on many items we limit our trips to this place and instead go to other local restaurants for Greek food.

Stopped by here one evening to grab some food since we were in the area. The food was ok. The pastrami sandwich was good and the bread was soft. The zuchini fries was tasty. Pricing could have been better. Our total was close to $ 40 for three people. For the pricing and atmosphere I could have paid about the same for Luna Grill. This place reminded me of a fast food joint with a drive through. There were a few TVs to watch. Seating style tables were similar to McDonalds. The food wasnt bad. I think that I expected more for my money. It was still pretty tasty though.

Love this place because there are a lot of tasty and healthy options. My favorite to get here is the Greek chicken salad — it’s huge, has lots of veggies, delicious grilled chicken and a tasty vinaigrette. While I don’t often eat it, the pita bread that comes with it is good too, nice and soft. The food is fast but not too quick to skimp on the quality.

Let me start off by saying that their food is really good– good quality, cooked well and flavorful. The salads are always crisp and fresh. The tzakiki sauce is the best. It’s our go to spot for casual dining with the kids. However, the portions are a lot smaller than it used to be. The bone-in chicken pieces are pretty small and for some reason, not filling. For the price you pay, you expect to get full. Also, they are very stingy with their tzakiki sauce. For these reasons, we don’t go here as much as we used to. Just a tip– They should add some soup to their menu.

I love the gyros at this place, but last night I ordered the fish and chips(which I’ve ordered before) and they gave me four tiny fish sticks in the meal. When I’ve eaten it previously, the pieces were hearty and delicious. The plate costs damn near $ 10 and I couldn’t believe they’d charge that price for the measly little fish sticks included. I’d rather go to long john silvers! I’ll include a picture. If I hadn’t already been at home I would’ve asked for my money back.

Chicken pita & fried zucchini lunch. Someone went to get food for the office, and I was too busy to step out. You know I hate to pass up an opportunity to upload twenty more pics in a visit. I can’t speak on the place particulars, the customer service, or share a unique story of mixing it up with some of east county’s finest citizens since I stayed at my desk, so I guess I’ll focus on the food. I got a chicken pita sandwich with a side of fried zucchini. They’re lightly breaded zucchini fries and good for sharing since the sandwich is a meal. The sandwich is tasty and a mouthful. Soft pita piled high with grilled, sliced chicken beast over lettuce, tomato, red onion, and feta crumbles. It’s so overstuffed that the pita bread can barely contain all that goodness. I had to eat some chicken to get this puffy taco down to a pita wrap. It’s nice that you get a decent side of Tzatziki sauce much larger than those mini shot cups from so many taco shops that you ask for 5 – 6 portions. I need to stop in again sometime to try something else on the menu, but I’ll be tough to not order another tasty chicken pita.

hubby chose this place for dinner b/c it reminded him of a place that we dined at in la with a similar concept… good old fashioned mediterranean food at very reasonable prices! upon checking in on my Unilocal app, i saw that we were entitled to a free medium-sized drink. hubby did not hesitate to ask for a medium diet coke as he is a diet coker lover! we ordered the combo #5 to share, which consisted of ¼ chicken, gyros and salad. it was served with rice and two slices of garlic bread. i have to admit, for food that came out within 10 minutes, the presentation was very nice, and the food hot and tasty. the salad was small, but it was meant to be a side portion, and had a nice mix of greens, tomatoes, green peppers, onions, olives, and feta cheese. a light vinaigrette dressing oozed between the fresh veggies and cheese. i liked this salad and it was a refreshing start to dinner on a very warm and humid day. i then tried some of the pita bread and to my surprise it was still warm after a few minutes of sitting on the plate! it was soft and chewy, just the way i like it! wish i would have ordered some hummus to go with it! i also had a couple bites of the garlic bread, and while it is not my preferred starch, due to excessive amounts of butter and salt tossed onto the bread, i wanted to try a little since it looked so good! and it was, salty, garlickly, buttery bread… what’s not to like? lastly, i had the chicken, which actually had a lot of skin on it. i’m not a fan of skin on meat, so my hubby ate that part, but i ate the meat inside which was juicy and tasty. overall, a great dinner at a fabulous price. as we were walking out, i asked my hubby, «how much was dinner?» he replied with«about $ 16.» where else can you get a delicious, hot dinner for two for this price? :) bon appetit!

Food always taste good there. Their Gyros is the best I‘ve had in San Diego. The place is always clean. Good and fast service even when they are super busy. Free parking. Two small TVs on the corners where you can watch some sport while eating. One of my favorite fast food restaurant. #3 Plate(Gyros & Chicken Plate) is my favorite there for $ 8.95+ Tax. Their Gyros Salad is good too, the small portion is enough to full you up.

Every time I roll around Santee, I see this Greek Style Chicken posted up on a couple of corners. So after our trips to several grocery stores, we decided to try this one out on E. Main Street. I love Mediterranean food but usually go to Ali or Sahara. I seemed like Greek Style was more of a fast food establishment than anything. I ordered a ½ chicken all white($ 7.95, I think) and my boyfriend ordered the 2 chicken skewers($ 14). Quite expensive. I posted pics so you can see. The ½ chicken I ordered was really good, the lemon they used gave it a delicious touch. But honestly don’t think paying $ 26 for our entire meal was worth it. But, they do advertise of their fresh baklava!
