I work near it and order the mini personal deal occasionally great deal for $ 5 includes a drink

The spaghetti with meatballs and garlic bread was not bad and you do get plenty of spaghetti.
I also had the Buffalo chicken fries and they were freakin awesome! It’s one reason I gave this place four stars but also for having a very friendly staff.

Excellent! quick delivery last night. White pizza, top-​notch. I got me a Hawaiian calzone that was yummy. and i am breakfasting on a gyro from there and it is top notch! Thank You, Shen Hawkins (Dani’s friend :)!

Poor customer service. Our experience with Franco’s may have only lasted 5 minutes but that’s all it takes to turn customers away.
I Made an online order directly from their website and scheduled it to be delivered and arrive to my sister’s place for lunch at 11:30am. Order got processed and then they called my sister just 5 minutes later and told her they can’t deliver it and it was cancelled. I called to make sure I wasn’t charged or at least was refunded. I asked why it got cancelled and basically the store just wasn’t going to be ready on time because they open late today.
Here’s my feedback:
1. Update your website and put the appropriate times you can do deliveries. Your website said 30 – 45 minute delivery and your first delivery option time was 11:15 am. I had opted for 11:30 am
2. If the order is too early in the morning, call the customer and ask if a later delivery time is better. (Both myself and my sister would have been okay with a later delivery time if they had given us that option).
I was excited for her to try this as something different and all the positive reviews. Unfortunately, neither of us will attempt to try this place due to the poor customer experience.

Best pizza I’ve ever had !!! Are their ingredients are fresh and the dough is awesome. The owner is always there and works hard to keep each and everyone on his guests coming back for more. They also make an amazing authentic Greek salad. Their buffalo wings are crispy and seasoned to order. Nothing comes prepared a head of of time. Always hot and always delicious :)

Mr. Sam was incredible! We traveled from Yuma for the weekend and had been on the road with two little kids. Franco’s was clean and welcoming, the food was fast and tasty! You can tell that Mr. Sam keeps a clean and professional business while still being laid back and fun! We will definitely come back our next time through town

Went in late tonight, the man behind the counter (owner I am going to assume), could not have been nicer or more accommodating. I got spaghetti and meatballs… I could have friggin buried my big ass in the portion they gave me! Everything was excellent, I will be back my friend!

Sam is so personable it’s like getting dinner from a friend as soon as you meet him. He jumped through hoops for an order for me today and made the BEST calzone I have ever had! Oh my — I will be coming back and bringing friends!

The pepperoni pizza I ordered wasn’t that great; however, my friend and girlfriend both thought the veggie pizza was pretty good. I called for delivery and the guy who answered the phone was a little bit rude. I really just wanted to know of he had any specials, but he made it seem like I was asking for too much.
I probably won’t order pizza from here again. Unless I really want don’t want to cook or go out to buy something. The delivery was good. Even though we live in a gated apartment complex, the delivery guy was able to bring it all the way to our door.

First time patron. Great experience! Online ordering was simple and fast! Delivery was quick. And most important the food was outstanding! The pizza was perfect and generously sized! I ordered buffalo chicken fries, which I highly recommend, that were outstanding. My wife ordered a Greek salad that was delicious and the veggies were fresh!!! Overall was a great experience. Better than any pizza place we have found in East Sd County… and everything is good here not just the pizza! We are fairly new to the area and will be returning customers for sure! Thank you guys for the delicious dinner!

My techie husband decided to make the order «online» however the worry mom part of me made him call them and verify that they received it immediately after. The gentleman on the phone said hold on let me check and came back and said yes we just received it. Great! We read from other Unilocalers that the pizza arrives quickly sometimes quoted 45mins but arrives at 20 or 30mins. Well… ours came an hour later. It is a Friday night and I’m sure they are busy plus drive time. The nice delivery guy said hi did you order a pizza (a little confused expression) I said yes then he said, sorry I got mixed up it was hard to find but it’s still hot. Good! We were starving but not impatient about it and good thing we paid all ahead it was very fast at the door.
The pizza we ordered was a Medium veggies and meat supreme style. We should have gotten a large, maybe next time. It was absolutely delicious, fresh, and cooked to perfection. We would definitely try again.

Franco’s is an old fashioned pizza place. One of the few places that are still like this, honestly. It has had the same owner since I can remember, and he is a great guy and really takes care of his customers. The crust of this pizza is really good as well. I like how this is still a «mom and pop» shop in a society that is being taken over by chain restaurants.
The giant pizza… is…GIANT! He has great deals and great prices. I am very happy that this place is still around and will continue to support this business as long as I am in El Cajon.

This place is so good. I ordered delivery off of Unilocal and it was so convenient. Will definitely order again soon.
