My burger was half eaten when I opened the box… So gross. Would not trust anything coming out of there.

I went to enoy some lunch the other day at the Carl’s Jr. on Jamacha Rd. and had a good experience. Their special right now are amazing. I got a Hamburger, Chicken Sandwich, Fries and a Drink for $ 4.00. Also their Breakfast Biscuit sandwiches are so good and very cheap. The employees got my order out very fast and all of the food was cook nicely.

Last time I ever come her I got 1 hamberger 1shake and zucchini. She made the shake first and as it melted 15 minutes later I got my hamberger. Francisco C. Was her name and I have to say shit service lady. The first was your greeting was the saddest excuse for greeting I’ve ever heard. When I got to the window it was even worse. I mean honestly who makes a shake before the food is done. Last no hair net. I don’t care who you are or what length your have hair net or hat is ALWAYS required in the food industry. It’s discusting to know you have been playing touching shaking your head around everyone’s food. Never coming back.

Very disappointed in this Carl’s jr. You have to pay for any sauce which I have never experienced at any other carls in Cali, Nevada, or Arizona. Got ice out of machine there was black mold. Then as we sat down the back window by drive thru was infested with ants on the inside. Just disgusting hopefully my family doesn’t end up with food poison.

One of the better branches of Carl’s Jr. Good menu selection and employees usually friendlier than at other fast food places.

To be honest it’s just like most other Carl jrs I’ve been in. What compelled me to write a review was Brian, the young guy that helped us. He was super friendly and seemed to actually care about the customers. He stopped by to ask if he could clear our trash after we ate then proceeded to ask how our day was going and was very friendly. He’s the kind of person I want working for me! Shoot me a message if you ever need a job cleaning carpet Brian!

Honestly, I don’t know what to say. I’m so disappointed in the staff this evening of 11−11−14. They got all the ordering wrong, and then were rude about it. Spicy tenders were ordered and they gave out regular ones instead. When confronted about it, the lady was a bitch to my boyfriend and then informed him that they didn’t have the spicy tenders. Then I got to my, what was suppose to be a southwestern bacon burger. It was totally not what it was suppose to be. The bread was different, it didn’t have the onion rings it was suppose to have, and it had the wrong sauce.
A bunch of morons are working there and I wouldn’t eat here again, nor would I recommend anyone else eating there. This doesn’t deserve any stars at all, but stupid Unilocal is making me put at least one.

Great food very nice manager

0 stars for this place. I had a traumatizing experience. My famous star had a worm in it.
The mgr was very dismissive of the situation and she said it wasn’t their fault that the fault is of the produce supplier. I will never go here again nor do I recommend it.

I made the mistake of driving thru their drivein a few days ago, and ordered the Thickburger combo w a drink. I paid, pulled into the parking lot, ate and had just finished when I started getting nauseous and having stomach cramps. I proceeded to feel so sick that I had to sit in my car and couldn’t even drive for over an hour. I finally felt well enough to drive, but first called the restaurant and asked for the manager and was told she wasn’t in but they would forward the message for her to call me. 2 days later and still no call back and so I called them again and told the same thing! Now it’s 4 days after the event and still NO call, so in my opinion, it’s pretty obvious that they don’t care AT ALL about a customer getting ill from their food! I would NOT eat there again and I wouldn’t recommend it to ANYONE — unless you want to get ill too as I did.

I like this place, the workers are nice, except 1 thing, they always forget something in your order… lol…

This place WILL ALWAYS forget something. Fries, guac, sometimes even your sandwich. So stupid. I’m paying you, give me what I’m paying for. Don’t come here. Or at least to this location. Everyone is rude and forgetful.

Bunch of idiots who can’t figure out how to do the simple tasks. Took ten minutes to figure out what was beeping while they let 3 orders sit and get cold and the line to order get super long. The only service I’m satisfied is with the free WiFi that I’m writing this on. Avoid this place and these morons

The food was good once we finally got it. It was 8pm and only one person in line in front of me in the drive thru. It took 35 minutes for us to get our food. There were two employees standing around doing nothing (seriously they were playing with the straws) the one girl who was running around trying to make the food and take our money and package our food was awesome. I could tell how frustrated she was that she wasn’t getting any help. She apologized repeatedly for the long wait. I will not drive thru there again!

As usual, I got suckered in by Carl Junior’s new commercials on their new Maple Sausage Biscuit Breakfast Sandwich. I stopped in early in the morning on my way to work to pick a couple up. Service was fine, and I was greeted when I walked in.
The biscuits were good, and had a moist buttery texture with good flavor. (
) The three maple sausage were good with a mellow maple flavor, but they were not any better than the ones you can buy at the super market. (
) The eggs were light and the cheese melted through well. The sandwiches were of good size and filling. Good biscuit sandwiches.
I like biscuits filled with goodness…

Value menu is great. Service was quick, only spent a buck, but chicken sandwich was pretty good.

No mirror in the bathroom and always crowded when i go (This is why it only get 4) but this is a great location.
I love how accommodating they are to my finickiness. They have never gotten my order wrong.
Due to a variety of reasons I always prefer walking inside of a fast food place as opposed to drive through and Carls is definitely no exception.
Here is a sampling of the items I order:
Lo Carb Turkey burger w/​the bun on the side: Wooowwww is this good. and you ask why don’t I just take the bun off a regular one? B/​c anyone who’s ever had a lo-​carb burger and Carls knows that its not the same!
Sante Fe Chicken Sandwich: I highly recommend this over the BBQ just to try something new.
Grilled Chicken Salad: Low in Cals, High in Flavor.
Sometimes I get a Green Burrito item but not too often. I do enjoy the salsa bar though! I add some to my salads and burgers.
Oh oh ! They have that low-​calorie lemonade! Sometimes I go there after walking Howard and I get a lemonade and he gets a bowl for water (yes they are nice there).
I like this place… now get a mirror for the bathroom! (and stop trying to talk to me while i’m waiting for my food weirdo people inside).

The first time I went here the girl at the drive through was rude and we had to wait at least 5 mins to place our order at the drive thru, I’m usually not a stickler, but there was no one in front of me and the store was clearly empty, good food but bad customer service
