Had a fish flatbread today. It had a minuscule amount of bland tartar sauce and no seasoning on the fish. A bland tasteless sandwich that I will not have again.

There are places you go where you find nice people who enjoy their work and it shows. This is not one of those places. My wife asked for the bacon, they gave her a blt. When she took it back, who I can only assume is the franchisee, argued that she didn’t order it right. So she tossed him the food and left before she created a scene… There are much better places to eat in the food court. The Mediterranean place is awesome, as is the teriyaki place. They like their customers…

Yuck, NO! I forced down a lousy Beef & Cheddar at a very unfriendly Arby’s in the food court in the sprawling indoor mall. The lone employee working there couldn’t have been less helpful even if she had tried. Instead of answering my questions, she shrugged! The prices also seemed higher than at the big Arby’s which I love in Kearny Mesa.
I felt forced to eat here because I was running late for my movie, and didn’t want to miss the movie. I didn’t have time to be picky. So I ordered a Beef & Cheddar and a Turkey & Cheddar. They were both lousy. They just weren’t very fresh and hot. There wasn’t enough Cheese sauce, and the meat didn’t seem as warm and fresh as it is at other Arby’s locations. The sandwiches seemed slopped together.
Unilocal is listing very little info for this Arby’s. It’s in a large food court in an indoor mall. There is also a Subway and a corn dog place in the same food court, and lots of other choices. I wish I’d tried one of the other places in this food court. There is also a movie theatre (Regal Cinema Parkway Plaza 18) in this indoor mall, and we were headed for the movie theatre as soon as we wolfed down our quickie dinner.
I’ve had a love affair with many a beef & cheddar for years… but not this one! SKIP THIS ARBY’S LOCATION.
I’ve had good experiences at the Arby’s in Kearny Mesa.
