Accurate Carpet Care

I’ve used accurate a couple more times after my last review and they have come through every single time. They are the only carpet cleaning company I use and I will continue to use them in the future. Outside of the misunderstanding that I detailed in my last review, they have been exceptional.

I’ve been using Accurate Carpet Care for at least 5 years now and we have them out frequently due to country life and 4 dogs running amuck through yard and then through our home. They’ve always shown up in a timely manner, been professional, VERY REASONABLE, and I’ve satisfied with the results. Are they the best in the business? I would not know. I just know that they work beautifully for our needs.

Had my studio cleaned by Doug. Did a quick and careful job. my carpets look and smell a world better! $ 40 Total, no gimmicks or hidden fees and it dried in 5 – 7 hours. Will definitely be using them again!

Great Local Business, I’ve had my carpets cleaned several times by Accurate, they are always on time and polite. Carpets always look like new. They’ve always been available on the days I’ve needed them even when I call the day before.

Great job by Justin today! I’ve hired this company over the years, and it has been hit and miss. Have had some of our best carpet cleaning jobs done by them, and then someone else comes out the next time, and meh. I called yesterday for an appt today and Justin arrived 15 minutes early. He cleaned the carpet in record time (no spots showing through yet). He actually moved the furniture, unlike those who promise and don’t, and was very helpful, efficient and courteous. I would imagine that Justin’s tips are better than his counterparts. I wish they all understood what he apparently already has figured out. We don’t mind paying if the service is good. We will definitely request him by name next time.
