I’ve been here several times now and it’s now my fav coffee shop in the area. Not only is it way cheaper than Starbucks that is closer to my work but the girl on weekday mornings is fab. I’ve never gotten a wrong drink before and the one time I forgot to request coconut milk she remade it for me super quickly no questions asked. She even added a few extra punches to a punch card after I had been coming in a few times to make up for the lost ones.

I tried really hard to like this place, but won’t go back. It’s convenient on my way to work, the drinks are cheaper than anywhere else, and the staff seem nice enough, but they lack attention to detail when it comes to drink making. My order has been wrong several times. I feel like you never know what you’ll get. I’ve gotten mochas when I ordered a latte, no flavoring in drinks where I requested extra flavoring, and once I’m pretty sure they forgot the shot entirely. It’s always a bummer to start out the day with the wrong coffee drink. I’m sad to have to give up going here for the pluses listed above, but in the end I want the drink I paid for and consistency is not their strong suit.

This stand is right by my bus stop, this coupled with the quick service makes this an easy choice for an early morning latte or an afternoon mocha. The friendly baristas are just the cherry on top.

I love Grounded! All of the baristas are super friendly and are happy to serve you! This makes a big impact on my opinion of coffee stands :)
Not only are the baristas friendly but the coffee is delicious and reasonably priced! I have tried many things and they are all good :)
They also have a loyalty program which is nice and easy and if you forget your card they will look you up!
If you’re looking for a place to become your regular coffee stand this is it!

Formally Carmen’s Latte. The stand changed owners and then changed the name. Made some aesthetic changes– Revamped the outside, gave the stand a great fresh new look.
Still a very well family oriented and run business. The baristas are friendly and they wear clothes!
Very competitive prices. They offer a variety of food/​snacks as well as white coffee and toddy coffee. They have great daily specials and a good loyalty card program. My favorite is that you can add money to your account and they can look it up by last name so if you don’t want to carry and extra loyalty card you don’t need to.
