Nhinja Sushi & Wok

Great people, wonderfully quick lunch, large menu and plenty of space to sit and relax or take out. I love it!

I like the second location in Edmond, but not as much as the first. The thing I like about Nhinja locations are that their staff is efficient and quick. It’s an easy quick lunch or dinner spot, but there are also plenty of tables to sit and enjoy your meal, and they offer beer and wine if you really want to make a night of it (or day drinking of it?). The food options are healthy, and it is usually consistent.
That being said, this location is not always consistent with how well the sushi is prepared or how well the rice is cooked. The other food items have been great. I’m not too picky about my fast-​casual sushi, ’cause it sure as heck beats going across the street to Freddy’s burgers, but I do wish the rice would always been on point, and the sushi would be cut properly (treat that fishy with respect, yo!).
That being said, please, Nhinja, don’t leave me. Ever. You’re one of a kind in this area, and we need you.

I got the lomein. It was way too salty! The flavor was fine but too much soy and salt in it ! Sushi was ok just had way too much rice rolled in it! Probably wouldn’t go again !

So I’ll start off with:
I like their sushi. I think it’s prepared well, and I like how quickly I can be in or out. It also has the space that if you needed to set up and work for a bit, it’s definitely possible.
Every time I’m in though, it seems like the cashier is annoyed to be working/doesn’t want to be there. And that’s a shame. The interior is nice, the food is good. The staff just kills the vibe a bit.
I’m sure I’ll be back, I can deal with a little bad customer service in exchange for some quick serve sushi.

It’s sad for a sushi restaurant that can’t even cook their rice right. undercooked rice make my stomach unhappy :(not coming back.

I had high hopes for this restaurant… however the rice was under cooked to the point of being crunchy. I will not go back again.

I was so excited when I saw that they were opening up a 2^nd Edmond location! And it’s so close to my house, perfect! I love Nhinja because it’s reasonable and delicious. The drive thru at this location is a bonus!

I love this place! Their sushi is very consistent, unlike other places. I love that they opened one up closer to me!

The beef lo mein was great!!! I wasn’t a huge fan of the rock star but really liked the geisha and the thunder though!!! Will definitely come back! Great prices and great service!
